Jason E. Lowenstein's Online Review Report Card

I’v had both lumbar and cervical spine surgeries done by Dr. Lowenstein. For both surgeries he has taken his time discussing and answering questions my husband and I had. He and his staff have been amazing throughout.

I have been putting off writing this review because I was almost too afraid to jinx it. In 4 days, it will be 1 year since my surgery and it has been nothing short of life changing, one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr. Lowenstein and his staff are simply the best, and I met a handful of others while searching for a Dr. that I trusted to perform my spinal fusion for scoliosis. He and his staff made such an impression, and I was so confident with my choice that I traveled, and continue to travel 2.5hrs from PA, one way for my care. They are patient, friendly, thorough and very informative, no matter how many questions/concerns you may have. The care and service are top notch, they helped with most everything. My thoracic hump is gone, my spine is straight, my muscles are still adapting but I can finally keep up with my children now. After suffering for 20 years, I am finally (mostly) pain free. I am still learning my limits, as a mom I tend to overdo it, but I definitely feel like it's a new lease on life for my kids.

She made me feel like I was important enough to take the time to talk, review care and answer all questions - she was so very caring. All the staff at The Advance Spine Center are kind, helpful and caring.

I was extremely pleased with my experience in this office. The staff is lovely and more than willing to help with every step of the process. I was apprehensive about getting surgery for my back pain, Dr. Lowenstein provided me with alternatives and then we eventually decided to move to surgery as the final solution after trying physical therapy. I am now pain free and incredibly grateful to the entire staff for all their support along the this experience.

I can't say enough about Dr. Lowenstein, he gave me back my ability to stand and walk. I was not living and now I am, I have my life back. He and his are caring and compassionate and take time with each patient.

My amazing journey with Dr. Lowenstein started with his scheduler when my previous doctor stopped taking my insurance and I called his office they made my appointment within days. He was so compassionate and took the time to explain everything I should expect. His Physician Assistants are professional, caring and top notch. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was and how they gave me my life back.

Amazing, him, his staff, every doctor should strive to be like Dr. Lowenstein and his team. Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. After a lower back and neck surgery I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I can walk, sit, and stand without pain now. I would and have recommended him to my friends!

Dr. Lowenstein and his team performed a very complex spinal surgery on my son on March 16, 2023. To say that my husband and I were impressed with Dr. Lowenstein would be an understatement. He took his time to explain to us what the surgery would entail, he and his team closely monitored my son's progress after the procedure was complete and most importantly, he improved my son's overall quality of life! Because of Dr. Lowenstein, my son is no longer in pain. We can't thank Dr. Lowenstein enough for all he did for us!
