Dr Knightly is the best! He clearly explained my problem and told me how we were going to deal with it and surgery went exactly as planned and so is my recovery. The Office Staff accepted all my calls and gave clear instructions to me. Within one month my life was back where it should be. Thank you!!!

Dr. Knightly was pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. My 4 star rating is based on his personability and reputation. His staff collected preliminary information before he saw me. I felt a little rushed, knowing he is in high demand, and once he left the examination room I did not have an opportunity to ask any further questions that just came to mind. Also, I was disappointed to see a number of errors on the "doctor's notes" page which I was able to access online later at home, considering he is a neurosurgeon. The errors were on a standardized form about other health issues I may or may not have. My responses had been collected by a nurse or PA. I called and had them correct personal details that were wrong concerning my height, weight, and BMI, but the staff person I dealt with dismissed the other items as unimportant and did not want to take time to correct the answers. My question is why do they include this extensive form if they don't care about the responses? Overall, I will still give a 4 star rating, based on my experience with several other doctors.

Dr. Knightly is an amazing doctor and surgeon. My mom has been under his care for a few years now and we are very happy with him. Dr. Knightly always takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns and never rushes any appointment. He is very personable and takes the time to explain everything. Two thumbs up ~ I wish I had more of them to give ~ Thank you Dr. Knightly
