I felt immediately comfortable with her on my first visit and she answered all my questions. The appointment started right on time and everyone was wearing their masks properly (which has not been my experience in every medical office). The only stressful part was the parking - the lot was completely full with people double and illegally parked, so it took a while but luckily I had arrived early.

I was refused the appointment because I was running 10 minutes late coming straight from work. I was practically at the parking lot but told that doctor does not like her patient being late. This was my first "offence" and definitely last one since I am not planning to go back. It was so unprofessional. Another time another doctor fro the same practice in Morristown mixed up his patients(I have not seen him before) and I received a script with another's s patient name. You can find a better and more caring practice , I am sure.

Unfortunately, being a patient within a group of doctors means that anyone can deliver your baby. From the entire group of doctors I had her on call. She was very rude during delivery and not compassionate at all. For my second child I chose a different group and so glad I did!!

She was amazing! I had to have an emergency c-section and she was quick to determine there was a problem & acted immediately. She was also very sweet and kind which put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Austin.

Dr Austin is very careless. She told me I did not need to take iron- and then I found out two weeks away from my due date that I was severely anemic and required IV iron. And I only found out bc I was so ill I went to the hospital. Dr Austin’s attitude was very blasé and uncaring about the whole thing and I felt very stupid for blindly trusting her. You cannot blindly trust her. Nobody at this practice knows what anybody else is doing, and they do not spend any time with you. Honestly, you might as well check your weight and blood pressure at rite aid- you’d get the same amount of care for quite a bit less.
