I have been going to this doctor ever since I was a kid I’m now 18 and I don’t know what I would do without this. Doctor. She’s always been on my plan of care every time I have called for an appointment. I’ve either got an appointment the day of or the day after it’s so nice to see how much she’s improved as a doctor and her own practice. I would recommend this Doctor to anybody any kid any mother looking for a serious Doctor I would recommend this doctor 100%. I plan on bringing my kids hopefully in the future if God allows me, I plan on bringing them I have grown up with this doctor my parents love this doctor. My whole family goes to this doctor and she’s honestly amazing.

As a mother advocating for my child, I feel it’s important to share my experience with this facility Pediatrics of Morristown in order to help other parents navigate their healthcare options for their children. My journey with this facility has been far from satisfactory, and I want to address several significant issues that have left me feeling unheard and unsupported. One of the most troubling aspects of my experience with the facility was the lack of acknowledgment of my concerns regarding my child’s development. When I raised the possibility that my son, might have ADHD and autism, I was dismissed by the pediatrician, who claimed he was too young for evaluation. As a mother, I know my child best, and it was disheartening to have my instincts and observations minimized. This led me to seek out a neurologist, who was far more attentive and thorough, she took my concerns seriously, conducted thorough evaluations, and confirmed the need for both therapy and further assessment. After a lengthy period of observation while having these doctors see my son once a year briefly for no more than 10 minutes it became clear to me that this facility was not equipped to address my son’s needs properly. It also became clear that such a limited amount of time wasn’t enough to address his needs or even recognize the concerns I had about his development. This facility’s minimal engagement and lack of meaningful observation were deeply concerning, and I realized that I could not rely on them to properly assess or support my child. I highly recommend that parents consider carefully before choosing this facility for their children. There is a clear lack of consistency, support, and accountability. My experience has left me frustrated, and I feel as though I have had to constantly advocate for my son’s well-being without the necessary help from the professionals who are supposed to be supporting us. In conclusion, I strongly advise parents to explore other healthcare options for their children. It is critical that parents feel supported, heard, and validated in the healthcare system, and unfortunately, I did not experience this with place. Always make sure to trust your instincts as a parent and seek a healthcare provider who will truly listen and act in your child’s best interest, especially for parents who are looking for a facility that will listen to their concerns and support children with neurological challenges.

Everyone in this office has always been very nice and helpful. They also respect the parents wishes and beliefs and have not been pushy about doing things I’m not comfortable with. I’m happy I found a pediatrician that I am comfortable bringing my daughter to.

This was a fist time vist to this doctor office and i just want to say thank you for being a vaccine friendly doctor .I met with the Pa Christie and she is amazing with children ❤️ .Thank you Pediatric of Morristown.

Love Dr Zambrano and her PAs they have been wonderful and understanding of my concerns if any and very respectful of my parenting style. I wish the other admin staff was more professional and courteous but overall I am very satisfied with the care my son has received for 18 months.

I am proud to say that Dr.Zambrano and her team are a part of my village for my son Luka! She is excellent with him, and she has been a huge support to me as a new mom. She guided me and reassured me from his very first new born visit, to teaching me to sleep train him, and having a breastfed baby that slept through the night at 4 months old! She is a God sent! Her presence is calming and nurturing which really settles and uneasy sick child. Her approach is never to over medicate instead to address the illness in the most practical and effective way. There are never too many people in the waiting room and the wait is never long. They are very accommodating and will work to get your child scheduled as soon as possible. I thank God for them and I recommend them to everyone!!

I do not recommend this place. The Dr does not talk to your child and just pushes them around instead of asking them to lay down/sit up etc. My children are both of age where they can follow directions and deserve to be talked to instead of confused. I also told the Dr my daughter complained of earache and I thought she had too much wax. Dr brushed it off and said she was fine and could still see the eardrum. Took my kid to a different Dr who could not see the eardrum and I (myself not with Dr help!) took out a massive piece of earwax and now my kid feels much better. DONT LET ANY DR TELL YOU/YOUR KIDS THAT YOU ARE FINE WHEN YOU DONT THINK SO!! See picture for huge piece of hard earwax from one ear of my preschool kid. I have small hands as well that any time I get my nails done at salon they talk about how tiny my nails are lol.

Realmente decepcionada con las recepcionistas les pido una cita para mi niña les digo q mi hija necesita ser atendida porq esta mal del estómago y me dan la cita para la siguiente semana tuve q esperar pero el el miércoles en la madrugada tuve q ir por emergencias por estuvo realmente mal con alta fiebre y sarpullido en el cuerpo y cuando estoy en el hospital me llama la recepcionista de la Dr Rosario Zambrano y me dicen q la cita q tenía es cancelada les dije está bien Gracias y no podía más seguir hablando porq estaba en el hospital y después llamo para hacer otra cita para hacerle un seguimiento con su pediatra y pasa lo mismo q no hay cupos ósea así mi hija este muriendo no atienden lastimosamente tendré q cambiar de pediatra por lo groseras q son las recepcionistas y cuando uno se llega ahí hacen esperar una ora o media ora para ser atendidos decepcionada
