Rachel S. Altman's Online Review Report Card

I went to Dr. Altman for help with nasolabial folds and frown lines. Dr. Altman is very kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Altman applied cosmetic dermatological treatment to my areas of concern. Everything went very smoothly, and I was extremely pleased with the improvement in my appearance. Shortly afterwards, a family member told me I look great. Thank you very much, Dr. Altman! Months later, I tweezed a small growth on my back, and white pus came out. It scared me. I made an appointment with Dr. Altman. She inspected it, and allayed my concerns, informing me that it would heal sufficiently with no treatment. I was grateful for Dr. Altman's honesty. One less thing to worry about. I am confident that Dr. Altman's knowledge, skills, and expertise qualify her to provide care far more demanding than what I've needed. Dr. Altman is an excellent dermatologist. If you need help with nasolabial folds, frown lines, or other skin issues, I recommend Dr. Altman wholeheartedly.

Dr. Altman is extremely thorough, has removed some minor growths. I would recommend her for all dermatological issues. My husband also sees Dr. Altman, and he is equally satisfied with how professional she is.

The first time I went here was to have a growth removed. It was $100 and $350 for the biopsy of the growth to see what it was. No one called me to let me know the lab results were in! A few months later my husband had athlete's foot Rachel Altman did not even do a careful inspection of my husband's feet and just said you have dry feet, go put some cream on it. $200 for her to say this and she was only in the room with us for 5 minutes! Even more ridiculous is when after we paid they said the doctor wanted to see me. I said I just want the report. They said it's just a followup and I said I have no new growths. She just spent 2 minutes to check to see there were no new growths (like I mentioned before!) and then we left Months later and I get a bill in the mail for $250 & $150! We have paid cash everytime for our visits so why would be billed months later and not at the front desk. Also I did not ask for a visit, just my lab results! This place is a scam!

Terrible beside manner completely dismissed my concerns. New nothing about side effects or complications of medication she prescribed.

Horrible doctor. Has zero clue what dermatological medications cause for side effects. Zero empathy for patient's concerns
