After surgery 2019, DVT/extreme pain w/same. Have had a few visits since; after driving 45 mins. each time for a five minute visit, was given very brief exam ( he bent the replacement knee a couple of times, then quickly left the room); was told on last visit, ongoing pain is from your back. next visit, more xrays, told xray looks good, nothing more). Have been to phys. therapy 2X, joined the Y for longer exercise sessions; it is14 mos. now, still stiff and in pain. Nearly had bad falls a couple of times because of stiffness. On last call to them, had left msg. and they left msg. back to come in AGAIN (I found out that the leg is longer and now my other knee plus thigh and back are killing me. I gave up that I will ever get any more help from this practice. I guess knee replacement is not the answer for everyone with arthritis (dont understand why its talked up so much)...beware.
It was a long wait in the waiting room and than it was a rush job in and out. Very dismissive of my concerns.
Run from this Dr.
Dr Goldman did both of my hip replacement surgeries and I am beyond pleased with the entire experience!! Thank you so much to Dr Goldman and all his staff and the Morristown hospital staff and the physical therapy both in home and at Atlantic health in Warren!!Love you all.....
I always have a good experience with Tri-County they displayed great customer service. Dr. Goldman is the best surgeon had a knee replacement done by him and all is well. My other knee i had a cortisone shot so, far so good. I definitely would highly recommend him.
While they may be delayed, rest assured the same careful time and attention will be given to you. I am very appreciative of Dr. Goldman’s time and expertise as well as the staff’s diligence . Well done, truly.
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Dr Goldman as my surgeon, the support staff at Tri-County, and the nurses and physical therapists of the orthopedic wing of Morristown Memorial Medical Center. On August 28, 2018, Dr Goldman performed a double knee replacement on me which took a total of 70 minutes! His protocol for pain management for both the surgery and recovery was phenomenal! I experienced far less pain and for a much shorter period of time than I anticipated after speaking with many folks who had the procedure done.I am a 65 year old woman. 2 months post-op I was walking 1mile 5X a week, by 3 1/2 months was up to 2 miles 5X/week, and after 5 months able to do 3 miles 5X/week!I can't think of a single way the pre-surgical process for scheduling, testing, and educating patients on the procedure could possibly be improved upon. Trish at Tri-County made sure it worked seamlessly. And the staff of Morristown Memorial Medical Center ensured a flawless pre-surgical testing and admissions process that was quick, efficient, and commendable. The nurses and physical therapists on the orthopedic wing were truly amazing! Positive, dedicated, caring, and compassionate, every single one!Dr Goldman performed a knee replacement on my father in the late 1990's and a double knee replacement on a friend of the family 3 years ago both at Morristown Memorial Medical Center and both success stories like mine. I highly recommend Dr Goldman as a surgeon, Tri-County Orthopedics as a practice and Morristown Memorial Medical Center.
I had a total hip replacement Wednesday August 1st. Dr.Goldman and his PA are exceptional. Morristown GREAT Staff, have been suffering pain for 2 years but refused to take narcotic meds. I have been falling before surgery, the pain left me limited, had to stop working, lifestyle became minimal, because I can't walk far.I can say this, 5 days out of surgery, I am BLESSED to have had a referral by mouth from one of his coworkers, in Edison and I waited patiently to see him and 3 months for surgery. I am so greatful, beyond words, mixed emotion NO MORE PAIN,My brain is in shock!Today is day 5 no pain meds being taken at all, Im walking with cane, I want my life back, and I am on the road for a recovery. I and great full for his expertize. My husband prayed for him in church today and thanked his team for relief of pain, as I was suffering.at 54 years old.. thank you!Linda Ozzidi Ombe
Friendly staff , especially Miss Marwa medical secretary for Dr Montgamry, she was very helpful polite great on fallowing up. She responded to our requests for all the medical records we asked for for my son after his knee surgery. Thanks Marwa!Paula kasabri
A spectacular surgeon. He did my 2nd hip replacement and I woke up nearly pain free on day 2. Now it's day 10 and I no longer need any cane or walker. It took more than 6 months to get to this point with the prior hip replacement (different surgeon, one year ago.)
Staff very pleasant and helpful. There were a lot of people seeing different doctors but things seemed well organized and went smoothly.Dr. Goldman explained the problem and possible solutions and then left the decision up to me. Was not pressured to go with any one solution but was given the pros and cons of each solution. He was pleasant and professional.
Very Quick and taken good care !
customer care is beyond pathetic. They treat their patients very poorly when you call in with any type of questions
Dr Goldman listened to my concerns after falling down. He was personable and treated my issues appropriately.
Had TKR on my right knee a bit over 2 years ago. The surgery was successful & I had full range of motion after I completed my 3 month rehab, Ill credit Dr. Goldman with being a technically proficient surgeon. However, I found him to be generally distant & unresponsive to questions about appropriate exercises & the time frames needed to heal & get back to a normal routine. He was often late for follow up appts & was rushed once he arrived. So, he performed well in the ER but didnt do so well on the communications side of his business. I prefer a more well rounded surgeon to be doing the work on me. For that reason I can only give him a 3 star rating. Im having a 2nd knee replacement done soon. Dr Goldman will not be my surgeon.
Dr. Goldman performed double knee replacement on me 4 years ago. He was brusque and inattentive, especially when I had serious difficulty with one knee. He cut an artery during the surgery which caused a bleed. He does not require followup appointments and, in general, has been unresponsive about a bungled surgery.
Dr. Goldman is an excellent physician whom I highly recommend. I look forward to my knee replacement surgery. Although he has only given me injections. He is very good at explaining procedures, does not waste anytime in getting to the solutions and understanding what is best for the patients quality of life. I endure extreme pain and it is difficult since moving back to NJ since a Hurricane in FL to endure stairs with AVN in my knees and hips.
I have been seeing various physicians at Tri County for almost 25 years. It is now like a factory where they even lock the doors to the examining rooms??? This doctor totally misdiagnosed me, sent me out of his office in pain worse than childbirth; if it was not for the fact that I know one of the doctors personally, who sent me up right away to their pain doctor, Dr. Wendell, (who was wonderful) I dont know what I would have done. He is one of the worse doctors I have come across lately.
I put off surgery for a total hip repacement longer than I should have and was in severe pain. Went to one surgeon and was very uncomfortable. Went to TriCounty and met with Dr. Goldman. This is a very busy practice and the initial meeting was a bit rushed, but all of my questions were answered. Had to wait three months for the surgery but it was worth it. Its a year later, its like I never had a hip issue. He did a great job and the PT got me back to normal again. Highly recommend!
I had ACL surgery..Dr. Goldman took the time to explain the surgery to me and the follow up that was required. The surgery went well. I would highly recommend Dr. Goldman.
