Dr. Sullivan and his staff provide thorough, quality eye exams and care. When I was experiencing some odd visual symptoms, Dr. Sullivan listened carefully to my concerns and tested my eyes thoroughly to look for possible problems and put my mind at ease. He and his staff were patient and thoughtful throughout the process, and helped to alleviate my fears while also clearly explaining the test results so I would feel informed.

I recently had a laser procedure done by Dr Sullivan for on my eye related to a cataract. I also have glaucoma. I have been under Dr Sullivan's care for over ten years. Always professional and takes time with me to answer questions. Staff is efficient and friendly.

Dr. Sullivan is an excellent doctor that provides the highest quality eye care. He was very concerned about my eyes and was very thorough, professional and patient. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend him.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. SULLIVAN FOR OVER 18 YEARS. HE HAS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NURSE KAREN HAS ALWAYS BEEN AVAILABLE TO TALK TO ME WITH ANY CONCERNS I MAY HAVE. I AM VERY UPSET THAT THE PREVIOUS REVIEWER STATED THAT HE THINKS IT IS A CONTACT LENS SCAM. MY SON HAD A CONTACT LENS INSTRUCTION AND EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED SO I KNEW WHAT WAS MY PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY WAS. DR SULLIVAN HAS A VERY PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE. I WILL CONTINUE TO REFER FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO HIS PRACTICE.

Running a contact scam. This business is charging an extra $140 to patients on top of gold level insurance when NO fees are required for the services from insurance. Charges are an extra $60 for first (diagnostic) visit and extra $80 for next hour long "instructional" visit. When confronted on a 3-way call with insurance company they claimed this was a "package" we agreed to. It was never presented as optional and was absolutely, intentionally misrepresented as standard. Save your money!

Dr. Sullivan, his nurse, Karen, & their staff are EXCELLENT! Besides being very thorough, conscientious, outstanding & having the state of the art equipment, Dr. Sullivan & his nurse are very kind, compassionate, thoughtful & generous. A few times, my insurance didn't cover a particular exam but Dr. Sullivan absorbed the cost. I was told the doctor would rather I have these eye exams to make sure my eyes weren't in any danger than for me not to have them! My hat's off to them! God bless them!

Greedy and unethical. In too much of a hurry to do a thorough eye exam. Relies too heavily on a computer to speed things up and cram more people through. I had to go to another doc to get the correct prescription. Sullivan told me it was in my head, that Im too old to see well (im 62) and that my eye glasses were made of different lense material than my last. Well, the lenses were the same. My prescription from my other doc gives me 20/20. Turns out all I needed was a minor prism in one lense.
