A concerned doctor that is professional and knows his craft. However, has the ability and bedside manner to incorporate the concern about his patients communication about their illness and takes the information to consider their needs. Always knows your medical history so the conversation is even and he had time for you to express the NOW. The doctor always remember your social/family history which makes the visit easier. A modern doctor with old century house call visits values...of sincere loyalty like it is the only patient in the world.

My elderly mom's long time cardiologist. She loves him. Dr. Ferrier takes time with her. He always remembers her and absolutely focuses on her. He also takes pains to explain her condition on the low level she can understand and on a bit higher level that helps me understand. I wrote this in part because PAM Ve gave one star because the receptionist didn't answer the phone correctly. Seriously?

Dr is knowledgeable and caring. Answers all questions I or my wife asked. Scheduled follow-ups as needed. I was very pleased with his care.

Dr Ferrier and staff were wonderful! I was treated with respect, compassion, and kindness! Dr Ferrier took the time to explain my condition. While speaking with ,me I felt as though he wanted to "partner" with me in improving my health, rather than lecturing me for poor choices that I have made that lead me to his office. I fully trust and respect him and the diagnosis that he has made. Thank you to him and his wonderful staff for the excellent care that I have received!

Sadly, on two separate occasions I had an extended wait for my scheduled appointment. Once, 40 minutes, the second time 1 hour. At the end of the one hour wait, Dr. Ferrier came into the exam room and took a 10 minute phone call while I sat there. He also tended to use medical terms (trying to impress me?) that I did not understand and had to keep asking for clarification. I am no idiot, but I also did not go to medical school. Know your audience.
