Appointments are overbooked. I have waited in the waiting room over an hour several times, and not even seen Dr.Shen.

Dr. Rhuna Shen is a horrible doctor. She never sees her patients and when she does there is no eye contact. She does not return any phone calls that are made to her when a patient calls with a concern or complaint. All calls are forwarded to her N.P.

She saw in the hospital, no compassion of the chest pain I was having, I guess she though I was lying??? I have a passing out problem, with out explanation or symptoms, she asked stupid questions with this smile on her face like she did not believe or I was hypochondriac. Did not like her at all

I love this doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone ! For 15 years I have been complaining of chest pains, difficulty breathing, rapid heart beat, etcetera. I switch doctors and went to see Dr. Shen, she ran further testing on me and found I was 90 % blocked !!! - No one else could figure this out ?? I thank god for her and her wisdom, I think she is my ANGEL ! DEBBIE l.

My experience with Dr. Shen was Excellent. I have 2 major health problem and her troubleshooting and interview went swimmingly. My previous Cardiologist failed to take my whole situation and Dr. Shen corrected my medications and the previous side effects disappeared. I don't regret making the change.
