Complete lack of compassion for his patients. Will leave them waiting hours for their procedure results or leave without seeing them at all. Personally seen him be rude and disrespectful to staff after my procedure. Will be switching doctors. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy to him.

Dr Elfants office let us down when we needed him the most. I won't go into too much detail but bottom line. There needs to be better communication amongst the office staff . Very important things fell through the cracks, numerous times. My father suffered a great deal because of their shortcomings. Appointments cancelled by the office, phone calls not returned. Pancreatic cancer going undiagnosed. My father passed away very quickly. Someone could have helped him.

Horrifying!!! Dr. Elfant took good care of my father until very recently when he needed the most care. My father was in agony and could not even get a call returned from the office. Pancreatic cancer went undetected even though he had more than 11 liters of malignant ascites collecting in his abdomen. I don't understand how someone can be a patient in a practice for several years and then get dropped and ignored. My father is gone now and he might have had at least a little bit more time if the proper care was given. It's truly shameful.

Dr. Elfant always listens to any/all of your questions and concerns. I have never felt rushed! He sometimes is a few minutes late for your appointment, however, that is due to the fact he spends as much time as needed with each patient. I feel that far outweighs the the few minutes you may have to to wait! He and his staff always return calls or messages on the patient portal promptly! Our family highly recommends Dr. Elfant ??

He's Outstanding with Procedures. But you can't REACH HIM!! IVE BEEN CALLING WEEKS..NO RESPONSE!!I NEED HIM BADLY,NO JOKE! Have to find someone else. Really Upset! I want to give him 5 stars. But! Thank him for taking good care,once!

Dr Elfant, you have given my husband a truely new lease on life! We are so blessed to have Dr. Ahmad and assoc. remove tumor in his throat that not only make hime given a second chance,but did all with such precision and grace! Anthony unfortunately, could not swallow. your guidance,patience and repeated interventions has given him and his family a new lease on life! Doesn't have much time to listen your concerns about your health. It is difficult to schedule an appointment. Get appointments in months. No follow up after procedure done by him. You have to call them to set an appointment.

My surgeon recommended him and he delivered! I highly recommend.

My husband had an appointment for a colonoscopy scheduled for 9:30 with an 8:30 arrival time at Cooper Hospital. He finally went back at around 10:45 I left to go into the waiting room. Received a call from Camden so I answered it and it was my husband around 12 noon telling me Dr.Elfant is not here and not doing his colonoscopy. We are very very upset. I scheduled this 6 weeks ago as he has been having problems and wasn’t due until 2020 we have seen Dr Elfant for many years. They specifically told me when scheduling this is basically the only Friday he was working this summer. The girls here are telling us its scheduling problem and they made a mistake. This is absolutely ridiculous and so uncalled for. He needs to clean office staff and get people that know what there doing. I have a call into them and as of now they have not returned my phone call. Dr. Elfant is very good but he better get a better office manager because they are not doing there job. Very very frustrating.
