Tama at the front desk is a real wise axx, When you are sick you don't need an attitude and saying you are wrong on the appointment time when she screwed up. No apologies just more attitude and says Have a great day! With a loud tone. I have been a patient for 20 years but when it's was taking over by Cooper Family care it's has gone downhill. Don't worry we won't come back! It's just not me, look at the last 3 reviews, that answers my question, there is a problem but Copper doesn't care.

i am extremely disappointed that i have to write this, but this practice has gone way down hill. before switching to “cooper” it was amazing, never had an issue. ever since the sell out, it’s been hard to get appointments or the correct care. i’m pregnant and have asthma that keeps me up half the night and i’ve been waiting for a week for a prescription from them after the initial visit. it’s not like i have a cold, not breathing could literally take someone’s life. i have called to get info about what’s going on and no one calls back. really would not recommend anymore.

I have been a patient for 18 years with Bruneau Family Care which has been taken over by Cooper Family Care a few years ago. Before the takeover of the practice, the service was great. As of recent, I noticed a service decline. I do think highly of my individual doctor. It is my recent experience that the individuals that handle incoming appointments are rude and dismissive. As a patient here, I was disappointed that the practice did not treat me because my current injury was covered by federal workman's compensation instead of my private insurance. Cooper was more than happy to charge my private insurance but this practice did not want to charge my approved federal workman's compensation. This made me feel as though their concern of a patient's health, a patient of 18 years, comes second to the business of making money.

I loved this office and the doctors for years. Ever since they joined Cooper, I feel the level of care has gone down. Phone calls are not returned quite often, and overall communication between doctor, patient, and office staff has diminished. I have even mentioned the lack of return calls from the office staff to one of the doctors. Unfortunately, it continues. That is not what is wanted or needed in a Primary Care office. Hoping they get it sorted out soon, but not hopeful.

UPDATE 2021: I don’t know what changed, but this practice has been able to fit me in at convenient hours one way or another, and has provided excellent and very personally tailored care. I love every person on this staff. Impossible to get an appointment, and will refer you to urgent care instead of scheduling you. I don't know who their "open access" system is open to, but it certainly hasn't been me in the past two years. Anytime I am sick, I call in and they can neither fit me in that day, nor will they EVER schedule you for the next day- you have to attempt to hit their lottery for slots in the morning. Well, I've never been able to get in. Their answer? Go to urgent care. I've NEVER had this problem with a doctor before. I switched to them because they are around the corner from my home and I loved the idea of a female practice. Well, it's useless if you can't get to them when you need them!
