Poor customer service from Heidi B she instantly switched her attitude once I said out loud how ridiculous it was

Call sit on hold. No way do you get through. Wait for a call back and wait. What is going on!

From beginning to end, my experience with Mt. Laurel Larchmont Imaging was nothing short of perfection. The facility looked newly decorated and furnished. If it wasn’t newly decorated, it is immaculately maintained. Very clean! The receptionist was very polite, informative, and professional. After checking in with the receptionist, the wait to be brought back to the next area for the mri was only 5 minutes. Amy had brought us back and explained everything step by step. She even helped with completing the forms. She was very sweet, professional, funny, and knowledgeable/informative. She made you feel as comfortable as possible and safe. Hats off to the staff at Mt. Laurel Larchmont Imaging!!!! Excellent group!!!! I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone and anyone. Thank you!!!

I will not return to Larchmont as they have very nasty employees. One of them is Juanita. She is in desperate need of customer service training and needs to understand how to interact with patients. If she doesn't like her job, she needs to get a new one! Too many rude, nasty people at this location. Try another provider!

So I had two nuclear scans within one week! The nuclear tech was great but said she wd be out to tell me to leave in a few minutes and I waited 50 minutes and she never came! She did do a wonderful job with the injection ididnt even feel the needle! The nuclear techs were great! The front desk however did not understand my insurance charged me and I didn’t have a copay! I was not happy about this! Everyone was courteous but they should know more about copays and insurances! I was there just three days earlier and everything went smooth! I was also given a disc of my first scan told I didn’t need one of my second one and I did thus another unnecessary trip needed to be made back again. I guess you could say I have mixed emotions.

I had an ultrasound done of my bladder, and right after that a chest x ray. I was very happy with my experience. With the bladder ultrasound, you have to drink 32 oz of water an hour prior to the visit. I would have to say about 10 mins after i walked in the door, i was being sat down and checked out (thought i was going to have to hold my bladder much longer) they were very quick to get it done for me because they knew the discomfort i was in. They were very nice. My chest x ray, went just the same. I sat back down in the waiting room, not even 5 mins went by and he called me back. He noted my chest size and brought me to a larger machine so he wouldnt have to give me so much radiation at the regular machine (im rather skinny, and not muscular, he had a good eye for his job) between the ultrasound and x ray, i was in and out in a total of 30 minutes.

Nice and friendly staff. No long wait.

Just wanted to say that Stephanie at the appointment center has been outstanding to deal with during our experiences with Larchmont. She has been extremely courteous and has continuously kept me apprised of of the status and approvals for multiple scans for my father. Thank you for such excellent customer service!!
