Dr Cargan was patient, personable and really spent the time to understand and appreciate the issues and looks at holistic solutions - both my daughter and I were very happy with the time spent with him and I couldn't feel more confident that I found the best professional who will get us to some answers and solutions!

I disagree with the Receptionist being rude and disrespectful at Dr. Cargan. She’s very nice and great person to talk to. Dr. Cargan is the greatest guy to talk to and help everyone struggle with family or life.

He is kind, compassionate, smart and takes the time to focus on your child. He truly listens and takes the time to understand what is going on, so he can do everything he can to help. One of the best doctors we’ve ever been to.

Just tried to get appointment for my son very rude receptionist cause we only have 1 cell phone # she won’t make us an appointment for my son . I felt like since my husband doesn’t have a cell she wouldn’t make our appointment. She is first one young talk to really makes the office looks bad . Dr might be great but first impression is not good and for paying all that money for a visit you think they would treat you nice on the phone. She should not be working as phone person . Cause we only have 1 cell phone we can’t make appt. For them to judge and to think my husband not on board with appt. The ruddiest person

Very nasty receptionist she needs to be fired no manners at all get a new job if you don’t like where you work thank you. She’s an older Caucasian lady , very sarcastic and narcissistic there are other reviewers about her and she still works there I bet you she’d treat people better if she had to wake up and smell the coffee applying for unemployment!!!!!

Missed an obvious diagnossis after years of attending, was not open to possibilty of his mistake. Was not agressive or demeaning but did not maintain a professional attitude and put burden of proof on patient instead of asking questions to try to find out.

No insurrance, very expensive, refused to listen to patients experience, even saying that some very difficult symptoms were not real. They have a cute dog in recption area

Rude receptionist with no manners. Didn’t take the time to explain anything except the doctors fee and assumed we had no ability to pay. Sad and despicable. Thankfully, I found a neurologist office that has the time to explain what they offer for their services.
