Dr. Bowers is very calming and thorough. She immediately diagnosed a shoulder issue and has been providing excellent care. The office staff is not so great. I called at 4:15 p.m. to make an appointment. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on promptly at 4:30 p.m. I called back immediately thinking I was disconnected. The phone recording said office is closed. In-person the staff is unfriendly.

Dr. Andrea Bowers and the entire medical office team are absolutely amazing. Dr. Bowers has worked with me every step of the way to successfully complete my rotator cuff surgery, shoulder manipulation and follow up on my progress throughout this process as needed. I’m so thankful for her and her team that ensure I have all the paperwork, appointments and services I need to get through this recovery period. I was fortunate to have Dr. Andrea Bowers as my Orthopaedic Doctor. She understood my injury and helped me work through the pain - allowing me to try rehab before I realized I did need surgery - a bicep tenotomy. Her patience with me and her experience as a fine doctor made everything just right. The staff at BCOS are so pleasant even during this difficult period of time with COVID-19. Five weeks post surgery after following her instructions and working with my physical therapist I am almost good as new and expect to be newer within the next month!! Thank you Dr. Bowers for your excellent skills and care. You are the BEST!!!
