Edward C. Pirolli's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Pirolli is great.... However his office is not very helpful when hit comes to talking about billing errors. I went to the office asking to pay for skin tag removal. After the procedure I asked to pay, they advised they would bill me. I received a bill in the mail for skin tag removal as well as my normal check-up office visit which should have been covered under my insurance. It appears they tried to submit an insurance claim for my skin tag removal, which I told them I would pay for at the time of my visit, and my insurance denied both because they were both entered. Instead of trying to help rectify the situation, (re-submit to the insurance company for the check-up amount and I would pay for the skin tag removal), an office agent Paula stated that I never told the office I would pay for the skin tag removal (false). After advising that I was not happy with the office not looking into this and would document my concerns online, Paula advised that I should find another another service provider. Do not expect any customer service with this provider if this is the way they treat their patients......

Horrific staff for the past year. Nurse Regina is the worst! They will never get back to you with simple questions in a timely manner. The latest for me was a large rusty nail go completely through my foot. Bottom out through the top. So I called to see if he could see me. Simple question, Right?. After 3 hours I finally drove to their office where they tell me the doctors to busy to answer my yes or no question Regina finally tells me to go to Urgent Care, the doctors to busy. I have diabetes root canals surgery in the last week and hip surgery in the last month. But yet he's too busy to answer my question and makes me wait and sit there for 3 hours. The doctor is not that bad but his staff is horrific. This is just one of many stories.

Dr. Pirolli is very thorough and detailed. He has a calm manner that put me at ease. He seems to be nonjudgemental and considerate of total healthcare needs. It is very difficult to find primary providers and I am pleased to find a young doctor in my area with a positive outlook and caring disposition.

Dr. Pirolli has the best bed side manner that I have ever experienced. I am a healthcare professional and have never encountered a more professional, caring, and patient physician. Dr. Pirolli truly cares about you as a whole person—physically and mentally. I never feel rushed during my annual appointment and Dr. Pirolli actively listens to me during the appointment. I went to Dr. Pirolli after a recommendation from a friend and now I recommend him to anyone searching for a GP.

I highly recommend Dr Pirolli and his practice. As another reviewer noted Dr. Pirolli is very much a calming presence in the examination room. He listens thoughtfully and carefully and always clearly explains his diagnoses/prognoses and the thinking behind his recommended treatment. Having moved around a bit over the last 10 years, I've had several primary care prividers, and I have never been more comfortable with a physician or confident that I'm receiving the best care possible. The office staff are very friendly and have been unfailingly helpful whenever I've called with questions, or to reschedule an appointment or refill a prescription.

Initial visit was very good. Dr. Pirolli checked all my medical concerns. He did not rush me or lecture me as some other doctors do. He has a very nice personality that made me feel at ease. He gave me the referrals I needed and scheduled a follow up appointment in a timely manner. The office staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
