Literally no one ever answers or gets back to you when you leave a VM
Dr.Fox is truly an amazing person but her staff is the worst staff I have ever met which is a representation of her. Today will be the second time I call patient relations on them due to their unprofessionalism. They can’t schedule appointments, they apparently can’t assist with problems with getting much needed blood work (oh wait their way of helping is saying take more time off of work because clearly I don’t have bills to pay😒), and outside of doctor Fox they can’t give you a call to confirm that you do have an autoimmune disease(or any test results), if you see another doctor within inspira at least they are nice enough to go into your chart and tell you along with refer you to use the inspira app to check for your results. I have been with inspira for family medicine since I was an infant, I have seen other specialist within inspira , and I have never had the issues that I had with this staff. So it truly is an in office issue or a management of this office issue. I strongly advise if you are pregnant or dealing with other stress please save yourself the extra stress and go to another office even if it’s a little bit of a drive. These people have already stressed me out to the max and no body having health issues deserves that.
My first visit as a new patient. Arrived fifteen minutes as I was asked.Waited in waiting room for an hour. Then had waited 30 minutes in exam room . I then got up and left. Never going back.
Went to see her in Oct 2021. Tried several times to get follow up appt. Either don't have availability or don't call me back. Still not received results of my bone density scan or blood work. Staff is useless
I wasn’t going to write a review but after reading some I realize my frustrations are the same. Prescriptions (or lack there of) & non responses to phone calls. After running around and trying to figure out why my medications weren’t going through I discovered it was from the pharmacy trying to get in touch w the office and not getting a response. Second month in a row this has happened. I assumed the 1st month my insurance had denied me so I’m totally disappointed to find out the issue is on the offices end. Update: After texting the number she gave me when she sent me some weird pyramid scam, her office finally returned my call to tell me to never text that # again. Oddly enough, I finally got my scripts handled.
My husband & I have both been patients here for years. Last year I left as my primary Dr. was concerned that the proper testing was not being done to control my health issues. My husband chose to stay as he was seeing her for an entirely different health problem. For the last year however, he can never get anyone to answer the phone or get a call back when he leaves a message. They have messed up his prescriptions for months & has had to go for periods of time without different diabetic meds due to the incompetent staff that works there. Our pharmacy can’t even get ahold of them to straighten out the problems! They should have an option for 0 stars as that is all this office deserves!
This office staff is the most incompetent staff I have ever come across!!! I see Amy Scanlon, who I do like, but the staff is awful. I had a long time struggle with getting a medication approved to the point where I had to give them the correct contact for my insurance company. Now it’s starting again with another medication that I have been getting filled for years. Pharmacy is not getting approval from them but they tell me that it was sent in. Cannot get a live person on the phone to get it straightened out. I would definitely be leaving this practice if I weren’t moving in 8 months. Till then, the aggravation will continue.
I had a telemed visit with Dr. Fox Mellul. She listened to all of my questions and has helped me immensely. She stayed on top of a new medicine and complciations with insurance, and called me herself to discuss dosage. She is very knowledgable and made me feel like she cared about helping me. I highly recommend this practice.
FIRST VISIT WITH DR.FOX-MELLUL VERY PROFESIONAL & A GREAT COMMUNICATOR VERY IMPRESSED !
The doctor seems fairly competent, but the office staff is absolutely incompetent, inefficient, and unprofessional! It’s the worst and most frustrating doctor’s office I’ve EVER dealt with! You never can get a person, they hardly ever respond to the many voicemail messages you need to leave to try and get some assistance, they will do things like: double bill you for your office visit, don’t refill medicine and then you completely run out (or send it to the wrong pharmacy), don’t submit for prior authorization to get the proper medication to treat your condition (but will lie and say they did), and are generally uncooperative and unpleasant. I gave them many opportunities to do better, but I am completely fed up! Dealing with health issues is stressful enough! My husband is also a patient. I am currently in the process of leaving that practice (my husband also plans to leave, as he has had the same terrible experiences) and we are transferring to another endocrinologist who we believe will treat us with the care and respect that all patients deserve. I was warned about how bad this office is, but I didn’t think it could be that bad- but it is! I DO NOT recommend going to this doctor!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
