Kristen Trom's Online Review Report Card

I choose this place just because it is closer. But it checks much less things than my previous dr. office, no ECG, no hearing test, no urine test, only blood test. You expect you pay nothing on an annual physical, NOPE! When I called them back the first time, they said they will call me back and explain it. As you can expect, no one called me. Then I got the 2nd bill and called them again, this time they said because I talked something that trigger a diagnose code so it couldn't be treated as annual physical. but couldn't tell me which one trigged. Well, I never had that problem with any of my previous doctors. And even if some criteria changed, should the doctor tell me to stop if I trigger the diagnose code? At least let me aware of this. I don't know whether it is this place or just this doctor, anyway, I get much less exams with non free annual physical. Time to leave!

I'm a 59 year old guy who unfortunately has had my fair share of health issues. I am not the type of person to go to a Dr. for wellness or even minor issues. But luck didn't afford me that luxury. Oh well, it could always of been worse. But through the last 30 years I've seen maybe 8-10 primary Dr's not including the many specialists. And until going to Dr. Trom about 5 years ago, I've never realized the importance of an excellent primary Dr. She listens, understands, communicates, and knows her patients off the top of her head. No fumbling through notes or records when seeing you. She is a great listener and her diagnostic skills are exceptional. I couldn't be happier with my Dr. and know very few care or take the time as she does. I have never felt better in 30 years, and owe it all to her. I couldn't ask for a more talented, professional, and all around caring Dr. Thanks!

Dr Trom ordered a test that ended up finding my cancer and saving my life. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr Trom for a year now. Have always been happy with our care, even take my kids to her. Takes time to listen and always explains the plan.

she is a good listener .I told her of my painful arthritis ,and she prescribed a colonoscopy at least I got a flu shot .Waste of time and a lot of money!

I am glad I made the right choice when switching my PCP to Dr. Trom recently. In addition to possessing the skill sets to excel as a physician, she exemplifies what a personal physician should be. I have had experiences with prior physicians which have left me dumbfounded how they keep any patients (I won't bore you with the details). Dr. Trom took the time to completely understand my situation and greatly assisted in managing my diagnostic care. She spent the extra time where it was needed.
