I was referred to Dr. Trom a few years ago as my physician at a different practice was retiring. That’s some of the best advice I’ve ever received. The staff at Inspira Medical Group is incredible! From the minute you enter the office, you’re treated like the most important patient of the day. Very gracious and attentive welcome.The visits with Dr. Trom are always, always enjoyable because of her warm & pleasant demeanor. But most importantly, I am always impressed with her thoroughness and the amount of time she takes on every aspect of the examination. Invariably, I learn something new at every appointment, as Dr. Trom explains something or provides counsel. She obviously loves her job and she takes pride in the care she prides. On on doctor scale of 1-10, Dr. Tromis an 11!

Best PCP in Mullica Hill! I have been a patient of Dr. Trom since the last four years. She takes the time and patience to listen to any issue and diagnosis them seriously. She also follows up when needed and shows concern. Highly recommend!

I have been with Dr. Kristen Trom now for three years. Dr. Trom is always professional, kind and compassionate. She is able to relate well to her patients and she takes time to listen and understand how they are feeling. She takes appropriate action on the symptoms and does not make you feel like you are just another patient. I am truly treated like family at this office. They do everything they can to help you no matter the symptom or issue at hand.

Absolutely love seeing Dr. Trom. She really does care about her patients and puts in time with each person. She coordinates care with my other specialists and follows up always when I call in. She has great bedside manner and always makes me feel comfortable. I never feel rushed even though it seems like a busy office so I’m sure her schedule is also! Highly recommend her as a primary care provider!

I accidently became a patient of Dr. Trom about 3 years ago, when I was in search of a new primary care physician (called the wrong Mullica Hill Inspira) and scheduled for the first open appointment available. I have not had one regret, Dr. Trom has been great. I have referred a number of family and friends who have been equally as happy.

The office staff is highly unprofessional, unable to properly code insurance claims so they end up in collection and refuse to properly follow up with resolution and do not return phone calls. Dr. Trom does socially distant physicals so that she can bill your insurance company and use your benefits to log billable hours. How does a physical count when your doctor doesn’t touch you, pay attention to weight gain or palpate your abdomen?

I'm a 59 year old guy who unfortunately has had my fair share of health issues. I am not the type of person to go to a Dr. for wellness or even minor issues. But luck didn't afford me that luxury. Oh well, it could always of been worse. But through the last 30 years I've seen maybe 8-10 primary Dr's not including the many specialists. And until going to Dr. Trom about 5 years ago, I've never realized the importance of an excellent primary Dr. She listens, understands, communicates, and knows her patients off the top of her head. No fumbling through notes or records when seeing you. She is a great listener and her diagnostic skills are exceptional. I couldn't be happier with my Dr. and know very few care or take the time as she does. I have never felt better in 30 years, and owe it all to her. I couldn't ask for a more talented, professional, and all around caring Dr. Thanks!
