Dr. Cafone is an OUTSTANDING PEDIATRICIAN! His appointment times are accurate, staff is kind and attentive, office hours are reasonable and rapidly returns emergency/ after-hour calls. Dr. Cafone is knowledgeable, direct and easy to communicate with. I wish I could be his patient. It’s hard to find a pediatrician like him!

hes the best ! hes been taking care of my son Christopher since the day I gave birth! I would never take Christopher to anyone else! when Christopher was very sick and i had to take him to the er! Dr Cafone made a special trip and stayed by christophers side untill he was transferred upstairs! that there is a very special bond between a dr and patient! i highly recommend Dr Cafone!

I love this office!!! Dr. Cafone and his staff are wonderful!!! I am always treated with respect and every time I have had a concern or needed an appointment they fit me right in and always put me at ease. I have called after hours with questions when my child was sick and Dr. Cafone always was right there returning my call right away!!! I am so thankful the care y children receive at this office!!!! Thank you!!!

We were with this practice for 3 years. No idea how we lasted that long. Impossible to get a call back. Don't even bother leaving messages. I have extended family seen here and I was more than once given their kids personal information. Three years and this office could not grasp that I don't have daughters. At one point I was with my son for a sick visit, Doc walked in and condescendingly handed me a shot record that he accused me of calling repeatedly for. It was not for my kid and I had never called. HUGE attitude, all the time. My five year old had a 103.5 fever and ear pain. I was told he could not be seen for three days. 250 dollar urgent care bill, and three days later his bilateral ear infection was much better. On the next visit Doc told me the urgent care put him on the wrong antibiotic. This guy HAS to get his two cents in. I'm not a person that runs to the doc for everything. But every sick visit any concern I had was totally shrugged off with minimal concern. Also, a med student there saw my four month old at a well check and said he should be pincer grasping Cheerios. Four months old. Ok. Office gave me a hard time about sending records to the new pediatrician. I physically went to the office and said no problem just copy them and I'll do it. They said the files were too big it would take a few days. Never got a call about them. I called two weeks later, was told to come in the following week and they'd be ready. I gave them a full three weeks to copy records, walked in and they still were not done. Then I heard the girl running the copy machine - it took her all of ten minutes to copy both charts. Appears those files weren't so big after all. If you like old school, condescending docs with zero acknowledgment of the fact that they are a paid service provider, and not a charity doing you a favor, then this is the place for you. If not, would suggest finding a practice that knows it's 2019. On a positive note, Alyssa (I think that is her name) is a sweetheart.

Dr. Cafone is great! He’s always great with my son. He listens to all of my concerns and puts my mind at ease. Very informative of all that’s being done during our office visit. The staff is always friendly and get back to me quickly when I call with questions, concerns, or call for a sick visit. They are always great with getting you in quickly when your little one is sick. They have gone out of the way to call and check in on my little when he was very sick. Highly recommend!

All three of my kids from the time of birth Have only gone to Dr Cafone. This pediatrician and his staff are amazing and always give you their best and treat your kids like their own. In my opinion? The best pediatrician you can take your kids too. Our history with Dr Cafone and our kids started in 1998 to present time. Thank you Dr Cafone and staff for being at your best each and every time And keeping our kids healthy.
