Susan Lotkowski's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Lotkowski is a wonderful, personable doctor. She has advocated for me with my neurosurgeon and I can see she truly cares about her patients. Her office staff has always been caring and helpful, as well.

A great Dr she listened to me carefully and also answered clearly so I could understand every part of my visit and my care .

Dr Lotkowski has been caring for me for a couple years now. She is an amazing doctor, she is not only professional, but kind and friendly too. Her staff is second to none. It is hard to find doctors that care, I am so fortunate I found her. A sincere thank you to Dr Lotkowski and her staff.

The entire staff are always friendly and efficient. Dr Susan' nurse was wonderful. She was very friendly, professional. Dr. Susan was so caring , attentive to my 96 yr old dad. She was patient and answered any questions. Her smile and personality was calming and very professional. We were so happy with our visit

My 74 yo mother ordered was treated so rude by this doctor that I am horrified. I would not send my neighbors dying dog to this heartless, ingrate of a human. I get it, she’s busy, and has a lot going on….but embarrassing a senior citizen and telling her “your now done as my client, bc I can’t deal with you” is absolutely deplorable.

I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND! I would rate it a zero but I can’t. I had an appointment this morning, I was given the wrong address, and missed my appointment. I was able to get in later that day because of a cancellation. I get the address from the young girl AGAIN! I go for my appointment later that day and show up to the completely wrong place. (This is the address I was given) The doctors office I did enter told me, “I was the 5th person to show up looking for Dr. Lotkowski.” I was beyond upset I missed my appointment again! I called the office and the lady on the phone was rude and disregarded everything I said to her… her response to their negligence was, “would you like to reschedule for July?” I waiting over 6 months for this appointment! Thanks for wasting a whole lot of gas and time!! Do better!!!

Giving misinformation and being highly negligent to customers by giving wrong addresses and not owning up to/fixing their, obvious, mistakes. I couldn't fathom the thought of giving someone the wrong information and then saying "whoops we'll see you in 3 months at our next opening!"

Completely disappointing appointment, total waste of time. Unprofessional staff, no introductions, no eye contact, speaking to a non-medical person in medical jargon and acted as though my mom was a “bother.” I have been in the medical field myself for more than 25 years and I would never approach patient care this way. There’s a reason an appointment was available so quickly. Will not follow up. Would never recommend her to family, friends or my own patients. Will pursue a more professional experience. Patients are consumers, perhaps that would be something for Dr Lotkowski to consider.

Tried to make an appointment but apparently they have to schedule out 2.5-3 months. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully someone doesn’t have anything pressing to be seen about for their BRAIN.
