well... where do I begin.. finally the dust has settled and I decided to write this review. So a person in my family came in to this dr. with a weird lesion on their throat, this ent dr said that everyone throat look different and that there is nothing to worry about... fast forward 4 moths...the said person has been diagnosed stage 4 throat cancer...what infuriates me the most, is that it wasn't ignored, it was dismissed by an incompetent dr...

Really loved Dr. Mary. We brought my 7 week old baby in for lip/tongue tie. The Dr. felt she only had lip tie, and I agree- the dentist we previously saw wanted to do a frenectomy of the tongue as well and charge us an extra $350. She used her judgment and I felt was more conservative. She listened, didn't rush us, and engaged with my baby. Baby was immediately improved and had no issues. I really loved her bedside manner, kind and patient. Thank you Dr. !!!

She placed tubes in his ears for his chronic ear infections and that went fine. But when I brought up that he cannot breathe thru his nose at all she sent me for a sleep study. He did not have sleep apnea. I told her very firmly that I thought his adenoids were the problem. She said she did not have any reason to think that. She didn't even look at them! So I took him to someone else who actually looked at his adenoids and yes, they need to come out. They are super swollen and enlarged. That same visit I had with Doc Mitskavich my son was sick with a cold and a VERY bad cough. It sounded like he was wheezing when he breathed. I asked her if he needed an antibiotic and she said no. I was not convinced so I took him to his primary and it turns out he had Pneumonia. I'm sorry but my 3 year old son needs a better doctor than this woman.

IHAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR ALMOST 4 YEARS AND HAVE NO POSITIVE RESULTS SHE TREATED MY SLEEP APNEA WITH A CPAP WHICH IS THIS GOD AWFUL MACHINE THAT MAKES YOU DEPENDENT ON IT TO BREATH THEN WHEN IT DOESNT WORK ANYMORE SHE WANTS TO PERFORM THIS HORRIBLE OPERATION THAT HAS HORRIFINFG RESULTS.THE STAFF IS TOTALLY UNORGINIZED AND INCOMPETANT SHE OFFERS NO ALTERNATIVES ALSO THE VENDORS SHE USES FOR THE CPAP SUPPLIES ARE TERRIBLE CHEAP MATERIAL HORRIBLE CUSTMER SERVICE EVERYTHING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR MARY MITSKAVICH WAS TERRIBLE

"Dr Mary" as she prefers to be known as, is a true professional. I've been seeing her for allergies for the past three years and although didn't agree with her on certain things, time has proven her correct.Not only does she know what she is doing, she has time to ask you how your trip went since last she saw you. Also she definitely has a sense of humor and isn't afraid to use it. So knowing her business, taking the time to listen to you, and ease in communicating with her earn her a five, period.

Excellent experience with coastal ENT entire staff, dr Mary and the PT practice next door. Seen on time which is so important as my time is valuable. Excellent care and concerned supportive staff. Hope I don't have to return but I would run back to dr Mary if needed! Thank you!!

I saw Mitzkavich in 2018 with Tinnitus, and hearing loss. She examined me and announced I had no hearing loss at all. I went to an audiologist two days later who confirmed my hearing loss. When I tried to contact her to correct her she refused to see me.Incompetent. Stay Away.

Horrible experience! She denied conditions existed when they were brought up as concerns, yet wrote a note to my internist that I was suffering from them. Was told to schedule an appointment to discuss this problem and to recheck a possible sinus infection and ear problem. I was to be ready with my questions. I was ready. When the questions were asked, I got no answers and the assistant was told to give me a name of another to go to and she walked out without ending exam. Gave no solutions

Dr. Mary removed our son's adenoids 10 yrs ago. When we discovered our son, now 13 yrs old was suffering from a swollen and bruised nose with no known trauma, Dr. Mary and Coastal Ear, Nose and Throat was our first choice in specialists. She made my son feel comfortable and was very approachable. She asked questions and explained everything to him directly so he felt listened to and understood what was going on. He left feeling respected as a patient rather than just "a kid".

Dr. Mitskavich has been treating me since I was an infant, she is nothing but a true caring professional who knows exactly how to make her patients feel at ease. With her background in pharmacy and medicine, she was able to diagnose me quickly and treat me effectively. I would not see another doctor for my ENT issues, she is the best, and her kindness and skill shine every time I visit.
