After being disappointed in my former cardiologist, I have made an appointment with Dr. Maurice Weiss.( DR.Weiss. did a catheterization,procedure at the hospital years ago and I was very impressed no groin pain.) my wife and I both saw Dr.Weiss and he did thorough examination with monitor,Echocardiogram,nuclear stress test and carotid testing.He was very thorough and took the time to go over all the Tests and also blood tests,new medications, etc.I never got the feeling of being rushed. We did follow up visits and took his advice with problems that needed to be addressed.He is a very caring doctor who is absolutely interested in giving his patients every opportunity to take advantage of all the medical techniques that are available. In the short time that I have been in the care of Dr. Weiss, he has gotten my blood pressure and cholesterol numbers numbers as well as all y blood pressure readings within the normal range.

Nice dr and very knowledgeable but he isn’t punctual about returning phone calls and his office staff (Neptune office-I don’t know if he works out of any other ones) are rude/don’t always send him messages that patients leave him. Tried getting a medical clearance form from the front and they gave me an attitude and said, “What is he talking about.” Some staff are nice but the ones that have bad attitudes make me want to find a new dr.
