I called Dr. Tyberg's office three times to ask a simple question to determine if I would be able to have the TIF procedure since I had a gastric sleeve ten years ago. I never got any reply and on the third and last call was told that there was no way to forward my question to her. Why would I want an appointment if its not even possible to perform TIF on a gastric sleeve patient. :-(

I saw Dr tyberg with long term severe gastro problems that included nausea, belching, bloating, and vomiting (daily and for the past 3 ½ years!). The symptoms began a year after gastric sleeve surgery. After just 2 visits Dr Tyberg just dropped me without a resolution and without even speaking to me directly (she had an assistant call me). I am so disappointed. I made it very clear to Dr Tyberg that I was desperate, suffering, & had been searching for relief for quite some time. She assured me she would do her best to help me. She did the absolute minim. Dr Tyberg ordered a colonoscopy (which returned normal results) and prescribed a medication (but I was already taking it — she did not check). Once the colonoscopy results came back normal she recommended i address my long-term, severe gastritis issues with diaphragm exercises (which I had alread tried) and/or surgery - a revision of my weightloss surgery! She left me with the option of two extremes and then dropped me!

Dr. Tyberg has been nothing but kind and informative throughout my care with her. Not only does she explain things in a way I can easily understand, but she has gone above and beyond to make me feel safe with the procedures I have had done. Her staff is also friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tyberg since she was in NY and followed her to NJ. I was shocked to read some of her negative reviews, as this has not been my experience at all. I would highly recommend her and her entire team.

After having unsuccessful procedure elsewhere, I was transferred to RWJ and Dr. Tyberg was able to take out all the stones in me that were making me sick. Thanks so much Dr. T! Highly recommended.
