Darren N. Seril's Online Review Report Card

I had a teleconference with Dr. Seril and so glad I ended up with him. I had read some negative reviews which turned me off but I have to say the man I spoke with was very professional. He was friendly, he listened and he explained things in detail which is exactly what I want from a doctor. I have full confidence in him and so glad I wasn't able to switch to another doctor.

I’ve worked in the medical field for over 20 years and I’m a certified medical assistant and never in my life as a patient have met somebody more arrogant and coldhearted then him! He over speaks you and automatically thinks he’s smarter and does not care what you say or how you feel. I would rather Crohn’s disease eat me from the inside out before I see this doctor again in my life

Deformation of character It’s not even the word when it comes to this doctor. Not only is he the most arrogant sarcastic person I have ever met in my life he does not listen to one word you say and he is right and you were always wrong. All he wants to do is performed test after test to make money off of you even though the diagnosis is hitting him in the face. I wouldn’t recommend him if he was the last gastroenterologist on the face of this earth!

Horrible!! He is SO rude and condescending, he talked down to both me and my father on the phone. Disgraceful. I switched doctors immediately.

DR Seril is an outstanding Doctor, he is a Doctor who listens with both ears, understands what you are trying to tell him about your medical problem. Both, my wife and I use his expertise and knowledge for our medical problems. Additional our office visits are never to short or long. Follow Ups are practiced the same way. He has a very rare but excellent bedside manner. Thank you Doctor Darren N. Seril.

Horrible Untrustworthy

This doctor is rude and unprofessional. He did not order any tests or make any attempt to figure out what the problem is. His advice is unoriginal and didn’t help. Don’t waste your time, find a doctor who will listen to you

I've had nothing but an exceptional care from Dr. Seril. After over a year of seeing many dr's and all kinds of medicine, it was not until I met him that things finally turned around. If is was not for him I dont know where i would be. Great guy

We had a horrible experience with Dr. Seril. My brother was under his care for two years and he nearly brought my brother to his death bed. We would see him every month and he could see my brother's health was declining day by day but he took no initiative. He would change his infusion medication without checking the drug level to ensure he was getting enough medicine to begin with. He had him on steroids for months. He never discussed surgical options with us. He would see my brother during the several times he was hospitalized at RWJ and would have no bed side manners. He just did not care that a patient was getting worse under his care. What made us realize that he was a horrible doctor was when we switched doctors and saw how this new doctors turned the whole situation around within a few weeks. This new doctor should us empathy and care, something that Dr. Seril is not capable of. I would not wish my biggest enemy to be under care of Dr. Seril.

Horrible experience. My wife saw him and said her test results would be ready in 1 week. Now its been months and after calling many times they still wont release the results. We think he lost the results and wont admit it.
