I have been going to her for many years since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She and her staff are warm and caring people. She is the head of breast cancer at the NJ Cancer Institute and an excellent doctor.

I love Dr. Toppmeyer! She is very caring (genuinely) and compassionate and most important, she LISTENS. Even though I know that she has patients who are a lot worse off than me, to her there is no difference. She understands your fears and concerns and addresses them. It could be hard to get an appointment with her since she is the Director of the Breast Center at the NJ Cancer Institute, but well worth the wait if you can afford to.

Dr. Toppmeyer is simply wonderful. And yes, she really is kind and compassionate. If you have to deal with cancer then this is who you want on your side. She cares about her patients and their families, explains everything clearly and calmly, and provides you with the best healthcare possible. She is everything you would ever want a doctor to be and has a great team. If cancer is the cloud, Dr. Toppmeyer is the silver lining.
