Dr. Traquina is great, but her front desk staff is horrible specially Dorothy. They change appointments last minute even after you have taken off of work and explain that to them, on the phone they leave you on hold for extended periods of time or just don't come back to the call, and their time management when you do show up is ridiculously bad as you sit there for 1 to 2 hours before seeing the doctor.Dorothy also decides who gets to go in and see the doctor based on her preference and not on appointment order or time arrived. We showed up to our 9 am appointment at 8:45 am like she instructed. We were the second group there. Another group showed up for their 9:15 am appointment after us, but because Dorothy "knew them" they got to see the doctor first. Once I confronted Dorothy about it she made an excuse that she backtracked and barely apologized. We did not see the doctor until an hour later because Dorothy felt like her "buddy" should go first. This is the last time I will be taking my kids there due to Dorothy.

This was the best medical experience of our lives! From the moment we arrived at Dr. Traquina’s office, I knew we were in good hands...we had had an awful experience in the past, however that is so far behind us because Dr. Traquina literally changed our lives so much for the better,giving my toddler the ability to breathe at night . No more apnea, a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy with NO Spain during recovery...who could ask for better! Update: Daughter number two!! And she just had another Excellent Experience with Dr T and her amazing RWJ staff. We are leaving the hospital now and so grateful.

Dr. Traquina did my daughter's sinus surgery in 2017 but she never got better and again in 2019 she started suffering badly and dr kept saying to do nasal rinse and then finally said she needs to do the surgery again. So we decided to see another ENT and thank God we found him. He did a scan and said the previous doctor did not do it properly. Also he said Dr.Traquina used a very old method to do it which most surgeons dont use any more. Also it took only 1.hr for her to do the full surgery where as it actually takes 31/2 hrs. So I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She is a real nice person but she is not updated at all.

Amazing. My newborn goes to her as well as my 9 yr old. She was very informative and thorough. Scheduling was fine but the waits can be long as she seems to be the only (good) game in town. Well worth it. Just bring a book lol

She allows her staff to violate her patient's rights by giving out their personal information to "their" (the employee's family members not related to the patient) without legal parental consent. Don't trust no body in this office!!! Lack of professionalism. YEARS OF Violation of HIPAA

We love her! Have nothing but nice things to say about her.

Cancelled my Daughter’s 1st appointment the night before because the doctor wanted to leave early, but didn’t give me any other options within the next few days, no flexibility. I informed the receptionist that I’ve arranged my work schedule for this appointment because I live an hour away and I needed my daughter to be seen ASAP since she was starting speech therapy soon and we needed to know if she was going to need ear tube surgery or not.

Great doctor my son needed tubes she’s amazing!!!!
