Dr. Matthews is a caring, sweet, down to earth doctor who made me feel so so comfortable in the most uncomfortable and traumatic situation of my life. She was so reassuring and a true saint to do what she does. She truly was an angel sent to me.

I had a very strange experience trying to see Dr Matthews. I arrived on time for my appointment but didn't get the chance to actually consult with her. I spoke to a nurse who left me in the room and never came back. No one in her office seemed to bother to explain what was going on or why it was taking so long. I was not feeling well and really wanted to have the chance to discuss my symptoms with the physician. After waiting for 2 hours, l ended up giving up on the appointment. Total lack of professionalism and ethical standards...

She performed a D&E surgery after a 18 week miscarriage. The process from a thru z was so pleasant. Her staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. And she is very kind and reassuring especially in such a vulnerable time.
