PLEASE avoid this office if possible!! Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. I contemplated posting this review, because I get that everyone has bad days, however this particular receptionist has been rude to me on MULTIPLE occasions. She is very sassy, dismissive, rude and unprofessional. Today was the final straw. They never answer the telephone, and NEVER reply to emails. Dont even bother. I have a very busy work schedule, and always have to go out of my way to go up there to get any kind of response. They made me pay for an incomplete FMLA document, and are currently refusing to fix it. I told the receptionist that I am going to be out of town for the next 5 days, so can she PLEASE answer the phone, or respond to my emails, and she told me she cant help me, and she doesnt even know how to locate/find my documents and theres nothing she can do about it. Extremely disorganized. There is a wanted sign for a new receptionist, so until that issue is fixed, I wouldnt bother coming here. The times are WRONG, they open at 10am and close at 4pm. They go on break from 12-1:30, but i have been there a few times, where nobody showed up until 2pm

Yo he visitado dos veces por la tos y no se me ha quitado. Y tan caro que es la consulta y el medicamento muy barato y no hay refill para el medicamento

Ruz morales i have been a patient of dr zara for a long time my insurance changed my pcp and i want him back as my pcp because he is a very good doctor he expain with details regarding. My health he is a very good listener as well.

Es mi doctor por muchos años,y mi seguro me lo cambio,pero lo quiero de regreso,porque es un buen doctor,es muy amable,y considerado,siempre escucha cuando quiero preguntarle algo trata a las personas bien y es muy buen doctor.

I waited over an hour for my consultation with Dr. Zara, then when we met he was condescending, didn't believe my date of birth, would not acknowledge my reason for seeing him, kept leaving the room to talk on his cell phone, and prescribed me medication for symptoms I repeatedly told him I do not have. He then would not specify what the medication was and refused to give me a referral to a specialist.

Horrible doctor. This doctor doesn't show any concern for his patients. He is very unprofessional. I've herniated disks, neck and back as well as tendonitis and sciatica. I explained to the doctor about the horrible pain and his response was "You're too young to take medication, take a warm shower". Seriously. He doesn't want to prescribed me any pain medication or even give me the referral to see a specialist and someone that knows what they're doing. I felt like he didn't take my situation/concerns seriously. I'll be looking for a new Pcp. Terrible doctor.

Este doctor uno lo llama muchas veces y el no se toma el tiempo para atenderlo a uno ,es una barbaridad para sacar el dinero de los seguros médicos si es bueno
