Dr. Marshall has sent me to get blood work done multiple times and said that he would send the paperwork directly to the lab and then never did, and was then unavailable to speak to help me. He also takes several days/weeks to refill prescriptions after a refill request has been sent in, and despite leaving several messages, his office does not return calls.

I have spent over a year trying to get a hold of him after our first appointment and the phone was never answered. Horrible experience.

Was very friendly and considerate when in the office, and was able to get treatment quickly when I first started (Jan 2020). But for the past few months they have been impossible to get a hold of. They do not answer my voicemails, and I've been trying to get my records sent over to an adult endocrinologist for months now, and they have not responded to any calls or requests from that office.
