Dr. Kontopedis is one of the finest, patient doctors I have ever come across. He sits with you and goes over every detail so you can understand and will answer every question you have. I recommend him and his PA Marjory, if ever you need a Thorasic surgeon. I thank him for making my surgery so easy for me and my family to deal with.

My experience with Dr. Kontopidis and his team was excellent. I unfortunately developed complications post-surgery, but he was with me every step of the way to ensure that I was well on the path to recovery. He was always more than willing to take the time to answer questions from me and from my family members, even allowing us to conference in our daughter after she returned to her home in the UK. He helped to allay our fears with clear explanations and step-by-step guidance. He was never defensive or arrogant. I'm confident that I can reach out at any time if I have questions or concerns. Kudos too to Nurse Practitioner MaryJoy Marzan and to the fine team of residents who support the practice.

My overall experience with Dr. Kontopidis and his staff has been absolutely amazing. The service I received made me feel like they understood what I was feeling and took the time to make sure I was ok. My wellbeing was a top priority with him as his staff. They always made sure I was okay and could reach out to them for any questions I had. I’m so glad I was accepted as a patient with this Doctor and his wonderful staff. 5 Stars

As a physician myself, I value not only precision care but empathetic and caring bedside manner in other physicians. Dr. Kontopidis exemplifies these values - he took excellent care of my family member who needed lung surgery for a severe pneumonia. He genuinely wanted to see him recover and kept us in the loop. In our post-hospitalization follow up I can I tell Dr. Kontopidis truly loves taking care of his patients. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Kontopidis is such an amazing doctor! He has been so caring and compassionate before and after my surgery. During my follow-up visit with him, he checked how I was doing and answered all my questions with patience and empathy. He truly is a great doctor and who genuinely cares about his patients!

I was referred to Dr. Kontopidis for removal of a mass in my lung - a frightening prospect for anyone. Dr. Kontopidis explained the procedure in terms I could understand including the possible procedures that might need to be done. He was very calm and forthright and made me and my husband comfortable with his knowledge and plan for me. The surgery went according to plan and his followup was again honest and clear. Dr. Kontopidis is very patient and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I never felt rushed and he gave us as much time as we needed. I highly recommend Dr. Kontopidis.

My overall experience with Dr. Kontopidis and his staff members has been outstanding to say the least. I can get my answer via phone, via email, or via text messages. In my 60 plus years I have never gone to a Dr who had time for me like Dr Kontopidis he took his time to explain my surgery and after that spoke to me in a way that took away all my fears thank you Doc for your great care And Joy the Nurse Practitioner you are the best thank you for the follow up calls and your care
