Dr. Josh knows his stuff. He is able to ask the right questions that will get him the right information to make the diagnosis. I came in with my grandmother who was having a stomach ache and was able to quickly diagnose her UTI and in 3 days on antibiotics she was herself again. Best ED doc that hospital has and I felt in good hands.

He degraded 4 other doctors. Stated they gave me the wrong medicine. Told me I need to sit in a chair because they needed my bed. Meanwhile my foot and ankle are swollen due to infection. I said No. i felt he just wanted to get me out fast and didn’t care about how I was feeling

Horrible experience! Dr made treatment decision without having all diagnostic details from CT, called security to have family member removed from room when questioning his approach. Keep away! RWJ needs to evaluate his decisions- worst ER doc at facility.

Crappy bedside manner. Disrespectful and undermines your concerns. Totally missed a diagnosis which should have been obvious. The next day I went to my PA that took time to listen and got me diagnosed and treated.

So blessed to have had him as my doctor in the emergency department. Kind and caring are an understatement. Easy on the eyes as well. He sat at my bedside while listening to the details of my condition. He immediately knew I was suffering from a severe fibromyalgia exacerbation. He held my hand while explaining to me my prognosis. Due to the intensity of this news, after he left the room, I began to suffer full body convulsions. Dr. Bucher instantly knew I was having an acute grand mal pseudoseizure, to which he provided the anecdote. As we then had further discussion, Dr. Bucher had the epiphany that all of these events could possibly have been triggered as a result of chronic lymes disease in conjunction with my adrenal fatigue syndrome. He arranged my follow up with a chiropractor, who has been taking great care. May the lord above bless him.
