He operated on my child twice on the cochlear implant and I have to say that he is an excellent doctor, very professional, always aware of how the surgery arose and how My child was, very kind and clarified my doubts 100%.

Was very rough, and I felt the appointment was rushed. Staff and reception for the whole hospital is very lackluster and does not give a lot of effort. We were bounced from doctor to doctor with little explanation.
