Dr. Chen is a doctor who has very good intentions. She really likes to be on top of her patients when it comes to treatment and follow up appointments. She is also great at providing personalized attention in a G.I. clinic like Bellevue Hospital and is accessible via phone. I refused to go back to see her because I felt she was trying to push me into doing costly procedures I could not afford. She wanted to keep throwing medications my way just to treat to symptoms.
