Mahmoud Banna's Online Review Report Card

I just wanted to add another glowing review to the bunch. Dr. El Banna is the best Internal Medicine doctor I have even had. He has incredible bedside manner and medical knowledge, explains everything, pulls up information on the computer to illustrate what he is saying, even tells you how to save money on your prescriptions! He educates you on lifestyle and diet to keep you healthy. He actually sits in a chair and talks to you until there are no more questions, never running out the door or dismissing any concerns. This can mean that you might be waiting for a while to see him, but it's definitely worth the wait. He has a beautiful clean office and wonderful staff.

I am relatively new to the area and Dr. El Banna’s practice. I have lived in four states as an adult over 20+ years, and I can honestly already say that he is by far the best primary care doctor that I have had. When I add my many specialists I have had over the years to the mix—including a few at some of the top medical institutions in the country—he is still at the top of the list. Mind you, I am making that statement after going to him for less than a year.I told my mom that I feel like I have gone to a class (in a good way) after my visits with him. He is clearly an excellent doctor, but I find him to be a great teacher as well, that genuinely cares about educating his patients as he takes care of them. As many other reviewers have noted, he takes his time, has a balanced approach, is very personable, actually looks at you when conversing, and seeks to find the source of problems, rather than immediately loading you up on medicine to address symptoms. My prayers have been answered! I find his staff to be awesome so far as well—friendly, responsive, and personable. I highly recommend this practice, and have done so to many family and friends already.

Dr. El Banna and his staff are amazing and they care about you. They go above and beyond any doctor's office I've ever experienced. First, let's start with his staff. They are always are there for you. If you have to leave a message, they always return your call. If it's urgent, they will somehow fit you in. They are polite, knowledgable, compassionate and professional. The office is clean and a very pleasant waiting room although I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for any of my appointments. Plenty of parking too. Now onto Dr. El Banna. From the moment he walks into the room, he greets you with a smile and asks how you are. He will listen intently and take notes as you are explaining what is going on. He asks lots of questions to help diagnose you. He will help you in anyway possible and will sit with you and research online so that you understand. He explains everything to you. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable and also thinks outside the box which is rare these days. Most doctors don't do that. He will work with you to help get you healthy. Dr. El Banna will treat the problem, not the symptoms, as he will go above and beyond to figure out what is wrong with you. I highly recommend Dr. El Banna and his staff. I'm so happy I found him and his staff. I've never met a doctor who really cares so much about his patients. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

A specialist I would highly recommend to anyone I know. Dr El Banna looks for how issues manifest and rather than masking symptoms, he allows you as the patient under his care to be proactive with your healthcare tactics albeit lifestyle change etc. I live an hour from his practice work(further away) for another healthcare system with countless physicians to see at my disposal yet I travel without hesitation. Pleasant experiencesin addition a friendly staff, impressed!

Excellent physician, very knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend him and stress the importance of being cared for by a Functional Medicine doctor. Dr. ElBanna listens attentively and focuses on the whole person. My wife had visited 8 different specialust with no positive results, but her health has improved remarkably in one month under Dr. ElBanna’s care.

I drove about 45 minutes to see Dr. El-Banna, as he was referred to me by someone I trust. First things first, it was well worth the drive, as my experience there was a delight. The manager Aiyana was wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, and fit me into the schedule when I really needed as I don't have much free time. Dr. El-Banna was a pleasure as well. Very kind and thorough. I didn't feel rushed at all and very comfortable. Needless to say, I will definitely be switching providers to this practice. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Dr Elbanna is an excellent knowledgeable doctor its like he has a solution of every health issue I highly recommend him he is the best doctor .
