I have been going to Dr Elbanna for many years now. Dr Elbanna is extremely knowledgeable! Excellent bed side manner and very very caring and very motivating. I have never felt rushed and his staff is very nice and accommodating. What I appreciate the most is his vast knowledge of all natural remedies to treat conditions/ailments (if that is a route you would like to follow).Additionally the office is nicely decorated & clean!

I just wanted to add another glowing review to the bunch. Dr. El Banna is the best Internal Medicine doctor I have even had. He has incredible bedside manner and medical knowledge, explains everything, pulls up information on the computer to illustrate what he is saying, even tells you how to save money on your prescriptions! He educates you on lifestyle and diet to keep you healthy. He actually sits in a chair and talks to you until there are no more questions, never running out the door or dismissing any concerns. This can mean that you might be waiting for a while to see him, but it's definitely worth the wait. He has a beautiful clean office and wonderful staff.

I am relatively new to the area and Dr. El Banna’s practice. I have lived in four states as an adult over 20+ years, and I can honestly already say that he is by far the best primary care doctor that I have had. When I add my many specialists I have had over the years to the mix—including a few at some of the top medical institutions in the country—he is still at the top of the list. Mind you, I am making that statement after going to him for less than a year.I told my mom that I feel like I have gone to a class (in a good way) after my visits with him. He is clearly an excellent doctor, but I find him to be a great teacher as well, that genuinely cares about educating his patients as he takes care of them. As many other reviewers have noted, he takes his time, has a balanced approach, is very personable, actually looks at you when conversing, and seeks to find the source of problems, rather than immediately loading you up on medicine to address symptoms. My prayers have been answered! I find his staff to be awesome so far as well—friendly, responsive, and personable. I highly recommend this practice, and have done so to many family and friends already.

After being miserable with my GP's and their office staff my entire adult life, I did a ton of research before choosing a new doctor. Many that I called were not accepting new patients, but I'm glad that they weren't! I couldn't imagine a better experience after seeing Dr. El Banna over the past 7 months. He is smart, compassionate, warm and professional. I love how he works with you to fix issues from the inside out with diet and nutrition vs. immediately forcing meds on you. When he has prescribed medicines, I trust his reasoning implicitly. It is a joy to go to my appointments after dreading them for decades. His staff is also incredibly sharp and helpful. I hope he never moves away because I'm so happy to have found this practice!

Excellent doctor .

Dr. ElBanna is by far the best GP that my family has ever had. He is a skilled western medicine physician with a holistic approach. He takes his time and you will never feel rushed, as a consequence you may wait a little while longer, but it’s more than worth it.

He is an excellent great doctor, I been in the States for more than 10 Years , I deal with more than 5 family dr's during these years, didn't feel comfortable or happy with any one of them, dr. Mahmoud is very patient, knowledgeable and helpful, I already sent four persons from my family and friends for him and I recommend him for everybody.

Dr. El Banna is an exceptional physician, who not only cares, but actively tries his best to deliver the highest quality of medical care to his patients, which is unfortunately extremely rare. I recently moved and have gone to many doctors in an effort to replace him and I am grateful for telemedicine to keep him as my primary care.
