Nancy A. Phillips's Online Review Report Card

I love Dr. Phillips. One of the most personable Drs I have met. She genuinely listens to your concerns and comes up with plans to help you. She has been with me through my PCOS journey and she knows me so well. She was the first Dr to explain what PCOS was and drew pictures for me to understand what was going on with my body. She took the time out for me and didn’t rush to leave the room. She did my 1st Pap smear which was so scary for me but she walked me through by showing me deep breathing techniques. She changes medications that i feel does not work for me. She listens to my suggestions and comes up with plans. She even remembers details about personal life after my next visit which is like 3months away. She is so good at her work and that’s why it’s so hard to get an appointment. Everyone wants to see her so it takes a long time to book ahead. When I have questions, I message through my chart and within 2 days I get a reply. My experience with her has been amazing! I here horror stories of my friends with other gynecologists and I can’t relate cuz Dr Phillips has been good to me.

As a professional medical biller I recently just called to book an appointment. The receptionist has no idea if they take my insurance and if a referral is needed. How can i make an appointment without a referral a NPI is required. This main office clearly has no idea how medical works.

This is by far the worst clinic I have ever contacted. I am pregnant and I needed medical help. It took 4 days for the nurse to get in contact with me for scheduling. They scheduled me in 2 weeks later. Instead I just had to change doctors. The practice has an affiliation with Robert Wood Johnson New Brunswich - what a pity! They need to change the receptionists who answer/schedule calls. Rude and slow. Not much will change unless there is a collective effort to make things better. I'm presuming management won't do much. If you're looking for just a female/male or specific doctor while pregnant it's best to choose another clinic. You can't request not to see a specific doctor. They don't cater to your needs, it's the opposite way round. I went to Nancy Phillips a few times, she's nice but pity the rest of the practice pulls her down. If you're pregnant, save your worries for something else - choose another clinic.

I can't comprehend the negative reviews. Dr. Phillips is hands down the best, more personable and compassionate doctor I have ever had. She is like family and has supported me through some pretty challenging times, making herself even more accessible to me after the rough delivery of my daughter. Regarding the negative reviews - doctors are humans, they may not have the right solution or test recommendations right off the bat. The reason it's hard to get appointments with her is because she IS the best. When I need to be seen the staff do what they have to do to get me in to see her. If you can't deal with wait times or delayed return calls etc. go to a smaller group, none of that is at the fault of these doctors, this is a very large practice and take it from me, she's worth the wait.

You can not find a better physician than Dr. Nancy Phillips! Thank you God!

Dr Phillips is the best , I would highly recommend her . She is very nice and listens to your needs . She help me with my situation. Thank God .

Still waiting for results on a pap test done in the office, on June 13th, today is July 5th, Should never have to wait that long for results, not a phone call, or even a letter mailed to my home. Very disappointed.

Dr Phillips Absolutely amazing ??. She’s easy to talk to & she listened. If I ever had a problem she would always see me. I saw her from start to finish with my pregnancy. And she even did my c-section. Although we had a scare in the OR she went above & beyond to ensure both baby & I were good. You couldn’t ask for a better provider. She listened & she cared. Dr Phillips Thank You.

Im.so glad that she is my dr ..she is the best Dr ..very proffessional and friendly ..i would reccommned her to anyone
