Una estrella porque no se puede dejar sin Estrellas, pésimo servicio hoy tenía consulta llegue una hora antes de mi consulta a hacer el check in después de trabajar toda la noche para ser exacta llegue 9:30 am hora de check in, mi cita 10:30am, la siguiente persona en llegar a hacer el check in fue a las 10am y resulta que a las 10:35 am llaman a la persona q llegó a las 10 y cuando les dije que yo había llegado antes q esa persona la respuesta fue q la cita de la persona era a las 9:45am pero llegó a las 10 a mi entender llegó tarde a la cita decidí esperar q me llamen y 20 minutos después salen a llamar a otra persona que llego mucho más tarde todavía, 11:00 am esperando a ser llamada cuando mi cita era 10:30 cancele mi cita porque eso fue falta de respeto y de profesionalismo, no recomiendo ese lugar sin contar que llevo meses q dije q cambiaría a ese médico porque ya tuve otra mala experiencia y quise darle otra oportunidad pero se ve q el servicio q dan es malo y siempre será malo, a buscar otro médico.

Terrible staff, as soon as you call they throw you on hold without asking questions. Our office called for over an hr to try to reach the doctor for our doctor to speak with regarding a patient being sent to the hospital. I asked the girl to not throw me on hold so I could get a sentence out and she threw me on hold without hearing a sentence. He just needs a new staff.

El doctor es muy bueno pero las secretarías dan un pésimo servicio, nunca dan appointments, cuando uno llama lo dejan en espera y al final no se puede conseguir ninguna cita.

Muy mal la resepcionista, le Dejan en espera por muuuucho rato me toca colgar y llamas min despues y siempre es lo mismo, solo me dicen....espere un segundo.....impocible comunicarse, si el Dr ve todos estos contratiempos para mejorar la atenci9n. A sus patients seria fenomenal,ahora me toca ver como es el Dr.

Muy mala experiencia llamo a buscar un turno porque estoy enferma dicen que me devuelven la llamada y no lo hacen. Más tarde llamo para saber que paso y me ponen en espera nadie se comida en preocuparse por contestar debidamente si se llama es porque uno está enfermo no para que lo traten asi.

I have not had the opportunity to meet Dr. Sanchez but I can tell his office staff is terrible. They will ask you to hold and the proceed to put the phone on service so when you call back, a machine answers the call. That is just rude and inconsiderate. I was on hold for about 15 minutes. I hung up and called back because I thought the call dropped when in fact they had just turned the phone over to the service after the girl just asked me to hold.

He’s one of the best doctor I’ve ever had

Very lousy customer service. The secretary has no service skills. They cancelled and appointment with less that 12 hours notice and never even called to apologize or reschedule like humans do.
