Dr Susan Murphy is amazing and we have been very lucky to have her as our child's doctor. She really knows her stuff and has an outstanding bedside manner. Unfortunately her staff is the total opposite of her and should not be representing her at all.

Caring about her patient, my daughter one of her patient she always looks beyond the point, always offer help for my daughter other ongoing medical issues. Always willing to contact other specialist my daughter sees to keep updates. Staff always friendly and helpful all the time, always return my called with any concern or questions i have. Strongly recommended.

I have been rescheduled 3 times over the past 2 years .... each time I make another appt (BTW they only have clinics on Wed so good luck nailing a day down) months in advance and a week before the appt I get a call stating the dr is going on vacation ..... the last time I was there (which was at least 2 years ago) the appt was LONG, but OK .... the office charged my card for my copay twice in the same day but otherwise an OK experience. I'm frustrated bc this is the closest hemo center to my area but at this point I'd just rather drive an hour away so at least my child can been seen and treated.
