Valeriya Feygina's Online Review Report Card

We had arrived 20 minutes late for an appointment with Dr. Feygina due to a serious motor vehicle crash which resulted in wires being down- the crash was within 5 miles of Dr. Feygina's office. We signed in and waited for 10 minutes to be called up by the receptionist. After being ignored by the front desk, I inquired about our appointment. We are told that, while we were sitting there waiting to be called up, we were marked as a no show and the doctor had left the building. We made the appointment with Dr. Feygina for an urgent matter as my son had abnormal proteins in his blood. The soonest appointment they could give use was nearly a month later, despite the fact that we had days in the near future when we were available all day. I had checked in electronically before we got there via the phreesia system and had my peditrician fax over my son's results that day, so we were clearly showing up for the appointment. Marking as a no show was irresponsible and negligent. The crash which caused us to be late was so extreme it was posted on nixle alerts by the local police department so all businesses in the area could clearly see there was a major traffic issue. The priority of the office staff in Dr. Feygina's office is clearly not the patients and it appears this doctor is more concerned with leaving the office at 4:15 than seeing a patient who could have a significant health issue. I myself was diagnosed with cancer which was first found by an abnormal urine test, so I understand the urgent need to see a specialist as soon as possible. Unfortunately this doctor and practice does not appear to have the same level of concern.

She is an excellent doctor. My daughter received a kidney transplant and had complications. She did alot of leg work to research the reoccurance of the problem. Between her, the transplant surgeon, and the rest of the team a plan of action was developed and my daughter is healthy and thriving.
