Just received a call from a relative asking for help as there is no heat in the building and they are disabled. I am sure the staff is upset as well. What are the owners doing about this and is there heat in the building in Florida.

I want to wish the entire staff a Merry Christmas and for taking good care of my dad. I'm happy to know that my dad is very well taken care of. It has been a long road for him and my family. The nursing staff and aids are excellent. Physical therapy very effective. The concierge yitzy attentive, polite, caring and concerned about well being of residents.

The overall experience was good, however, some one should put up a sign letting first time visitor know where to enter the facility.

I had my mom transferred to this Rehabilitation/Nursing facility from Staten Island because we had a terrible experience from another rehabilitation center. Since I knew a few people who worked here I thought this would be a good choice. Plus I’m 5-10 minutes down the rod from this place, and I knew if there were problems I’m right down the road from here. So, so far our experience has been wonderful here. Jennifer has “always” been extremely helpful and so sweet to me whenever I needed to see my mom. I knew I could text her all throughout the day and she was always there for me and my family. Thank you Jen, you’ve been a God sent! I cannot thank her enough 😘.As for my mom’s nurses and aids, Gwen, Gary, Angel and Hazel, words can’t say enough about each and every one of them. If I called with a problem they would do whatever they can to help out. They all have been AMAZING! So thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything.I couldn’t ask for better people to watch over my mom while recovering from surgery.As long as you stay active in your families stay you shouldn’t have any issues. As for cleanliness, I had no problems. Actually someone just came in to my moms room and emptied the refrigerator, hauled it out of the room, cleaned it, brought it back and put everything back that was still good. I was shocked. LolHonestly I have nothing bad to say about my experience with everyone here. I know my mom feels the same and refuses to leave until she’s strong enough to go home. Usually she would be screaming get me the hell out of this crazy place hahahahaha. But she has no complaints either. And if she would have a problem she would call me and I would call and have them help her out.I only have “one” issue. I do not like that they don’t have phones in the rooms. So if you need to get in touch with your loved one you had to call, get connected to the nurses station then they would bring a phone to your family member. So I have to bring her cell phone up here. Other than that, so far the last 3+ weeks have not been a problem.So thank you to everyone on 3 West. You all have been AMAZING 💋

Anchor Care did wonders for my grandma my family couldnt be any happier with the care here. Whenever we needed any sort of assistance Dovi helped us as if it was his loved one.
