In the past I’ve always had good experiences with this urgent care. On a Sunday we made an appointment for later in the day to take my son in for a possible ear infection. When we arrive, it’s closed with a note on the door they closed at 4 due to being short staffed. I totally understand that issue, but how could you allow people to continue making appointments and not notifying appointments that you’re closing early?! We went to all the trouble to take a sick toddler there when if we knew ahead of time they were closing we could have found help elsewhere. But by this time on a Sunday everything was closed. Very disappointing!

Words cannot express my gratitude. Staff is professional and actually cares about every patients well being. This is the BEST urgent care I have ever come across. Highly recommend for your children.

Very clean, efficient, helpful and friendly office. I have used them for COVID tests since they opened. Their results always come quickly and easy to receive in a text. They are much easier to use than pediatrician or other larger places. We have used them for kids and adults tests. When I need tests done i know I can rely on them. When we had an exposure they came out to my car.
