They've helped me recover after a really bad fracture (tibia plateau) and now after a not-so-bad sprain/fracture of the ankle. These people really know what they are doing, and give kind, encouraging, professional care.

I am not writing a review based upon JAGs physical therapy services. My review is for their business practices. My daughter was charged a deductible when we had already met our annual deductible months beforehand. I have now been chasing the billing department for MONTHS to get her money refunded. I have been actively ignored by some woman in the billing department, she stopped responding when I dared to ask how much longer would it be for my kid's money to be refunded. Sent emails as recently as last week...no response. My insurance company tried to get the money on my daughter's behalf but was hung up on or put on hold so long they would have to hang up. At this point I don't care how good their PT is, I just want the money refunded.

I’ve been through two joint replacement rehabilitations and now working on my third with Dr. Steve at one on one physical therapy. Steve and his staff are knowledgeable and caring. That’s what I look for in a physical therapy organization and that’s what I found at one on one physical therapy Gramercy. David Aronson

Encouraging, protective, friendly and helpful....what more can you want? They have been working with me to regain strength after a fracture and I look forward to going because I know that they want me to regain my previous ability to walk distances as I did before.

I went to JAG-ONE PT several years ago as I recovered from a broken ankle. I found the care and attentiveness to strengthening and healing the damage very effective and both ankles are stronger than ever after the exercises and therapy. After arecent re - injuring of a torn rotater cuff I hope to continue receiving the excellent care at JAG-ONE as I have had in the past!
