Ese lugar no tiene conciencia llegué al lugar y me dicen que no está el doctor, y no pudieron llamar antes y no tienen ningún otro personal que haga una limpieza y mi hermano perdió el día de escuela y yo falte a mi a mi trabajo, última vez que voy a ese lugar, mejor busque algo mejor no le doy 0 Estrellas porque no se puede

Yo personalmente estoy muy triste y decepcionada con este lugar, me hicieron un trabajo dental horrible, todo molesto y con muchos defectos y ya eh estado ahí para hacer correcciones más de tres veces y es lo mismo, es un trabajo que me hicieron tan mal que lo más decente que debieron hacer era hacer el trabajo otra ves pero eso no va a pasar porque ahí no hay compasión humana, perdí 800.00 que pague de diferencia y todo mi tiempo perdido, esa doctora que tienen ahí ufff ni hablar, ahi solo les están robando a los seguros médicos ,y también a las personas que como yo pagué para supuestamente obtener un trabajo mejor echo. . No se lo recomiendo a nadie estoy muy, muy triste.😢😢😢😭😢😢😭😡😡

Went for a cavity filling. The female doctor Mercedes Rabeiro - Wert, D.D.S does not speak a lick of English. Luckily I speak Spanish but she is rude. She was mad because her flight to Ecuador was cancelled and it showed when she was working on me. She was not careful. Her assistant also had aweful manners. I immediately googled her and saw that her practice no longer exists and she’s there under another Dentist Rodolpho P. Wert. And there is nowhere a photo of her or him online. Very shady. Take this as a warning that this place is highly questionable.

I went this dentist years ago and it was a horrible experience. Never went back . He’s rough and he took out a tooth that needed to be taken out didn’t put enough numbing or anything at all because that was what it felt like.

Horrible place, they treat their patients like trash and aren’t even concerned with their well-being. All they care about is getting money out from the insurance. Worst dentist I’ve ever been to.

They just want your money. I quote the dentist from 2012 “If you take your car to a mechanic, the mechanic is going to charge you for an estimate” NO!! The mechanics give you free estimates. I went here when I was a kid and as an adult I decided to go back because I was in so much pain from my wisdom tooth and had No dental insurance at the time. The dentist was unable to do anything in my initial visit because I was so swollen I. Oils t open my mouth to take an X-ray. They prescribed antibiotics which I had to pay additionally at the pharmacy. The dental office charged me $75 dollars basically for just to prescribe antibiotics. I complained and all he said was it’s like “if you take your car to the mechanic they will charge you to look at the problem” NO!!! Mechanics give free estimates!!! Hope you paid a fortune at your daughters dental schooling!!! Right, at that time his daughter was in dental school following her fathers “footsteps”Good luck with your business!! Hope your daughter has a generous heart towards Washington Heights middle class community! You get a lot of money from Medicaid and private insurance.... dentist

Horrible place! Do not go here. I took my daughter, they did an xray no infection but she decided to go in the tooth and tell me she had a cavity. After the work was done my daughter was in more pain. The next day i ended up at the dentist at columbia and they did an xray and told me she had an infection and spread to her bone and thats why my daughter face was swollen. They ended up taking out the tooth and giving my daughter antibiotics. No one go here. They just want your money.

I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. so many dentists in any given neighborhood, why deal with unprofessional behavior?

Excellent Dentist. Highly recommend anyone to go. Was having issues with some of my teeth and under his care was able to resolve them.
