Excellent doctor. Fixed my problem that has been going on for many years.

Horrible. Procedure was not explained. Lithotripsy and stent procedure . Horrible, excruciating pain. Called dr at least 6 times. Staff pretty much provided no help, if they would have called me back to office to see why I was having issues, they would have found I had a severe UTI. Had to go to ER for 12 hours to get relief. He may have said 5 words to me in the office visit and after procedure. I still have to have stent removed by that office and I want someone else to do it. I’m so angry I don’t know where to go from here.

Very disappointed with Dr. Alwaal. I hope if he ever has a child who is sick that the doctor would take more than two minutes to speak with the family. When someone is in pain and looking for answers, at least introduce yourself and take a moment to discuss the problem. I found him to be rude and put out that we were taking his time. The PA in the office was outstanding. He called after our visit to offer suggestions. He went out of his way to help us. Take some lessons Dr. Alwall!!

Today my son had a procedure done, Dr. Alwaal was awesome and had the best bed side manners. Answered all our questions and took the time needed to make sure we were comfortable before my son was discharged from the hospital.
