I stopped coming here about 12 years ago the waiting room was always crowded and don't get blood work as you sit there forever and the exam table is too high

My mother was very ill, 93 yrs old.. I kept taking her to see him and that “doctor” kept saying: “It’s because of her age. There’s nothing I can do.” That was going on for 5 months. Finally, after convincing my mom to see another doctor she was diagnosed with shingles. Too much time had went by that the new doctor said is too late to give her the medication she needed. As a result she developed nerve damage. The itch, burning sensations, stabbing pains are still there and is going almost two years.

THIS IS CURRENTLY MY PCP , HE LITERALLY SUCKS IS EXTREMELY USELESS. HE NEVER PRESCRIBES PROPER MEDICATION, DOESNT EXPLAIN HOW TO USE MEDICATON. HE JUST SUCKS, I DISLIKE THAT HE IS NOT knowledgeable ABOUT MEDICINE . 0/10 DONOT RECOMMEND .

I've personally never been seen as a patient, but my mother & grandmother have been. I'm not sure how all the reviews came to fruition in English, since the bulk of his patients are elderly hispanic, non-English speaking, non-computer savvy patients. You will not been seen for hours. The minimum wait time is 3-4 hours. The waiting room is so crowded , you can barely find a seat. Everyone's apppintment is 8:30a. Its unorganized, staff is very rude, or very rarely answer simple questions via telephone. Dr. Badillo seems to be a "charmer" and that's how he keeps patients. Especially, when the bulk of them are (older) women. However, rarely, if ever , returns calls, & I once had to wait for him in the parking lot to answer a simple question. It's sad and patethic, but I guess Medicaid patients are less than. Maybe the staff is so rude because of the work load. I'd like to bet anyone their bottom dollar that he will not personally return any calls. Just sad!
