Dr Ghaly and team completed my open heart surgery. He's personable and it was easy to interact with him. I'd highly recommend him if you're searching for a great heart surgeon.

I brought my mother to her scheduled 330 appointment on time only to be put in a room and told the doctor is running behind and it would be 1 hr to 1.5 hr wait. Mind you I have to take time off work to accompany my mother and return back to work after the appointment. The office could have called and provided a heads up.. they could have said "the doctor is running behind so take your time" but that didn't happen. Very unprofessional and rude to say the least.

He insisted I have open heart surgery when I could have gone to NYC and they could have done non-invasive surgery. He did a double by-pass and actually bypassed the wrong artery. I went into NYC and they put a stint in within 15 minutes.
