Dr. Greene was my orthopedic doctor for many years before he retired. My first knee replacement was in 2006 and I had another surgeon who passed away shortly after my surgery. Dr. Greene took over and became my doctor. I knew I would eventually need my other knee replaced but with Dr. Greene’s care and physical therapy, I was able to put it off for thirteen years. Dr. Greene finally did robotic surgery for my second knee replacement and the recovery went so much better than my first knee replacement. I was able to immediately do stairs and straighten my leg. With physical therapy I was able to get total range of motion. It has now been two years since my surgery and my knee feels great! I’m so glad Dr. Greene didn’t retire until after my surgery! I wouldn’t have wanted any other surgeon doing my replacement!

I have been a patient of Dr. Greene's for over ten yrs. He has done surgery twice for me . Dr Greene is a very caring, compassionate and has a wonderful personality . He has also treated several of my family members. I wish him the best in his retirement. He will be missed !!! God bless you and your family. !!

AFTER UNDERGOING KNEE SURGERY, I FOUND I HAD TO REDO MY KNEE WITH ANOTHER SURGEON. DR. GREENE DID NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION PRE OR POST CONCERNING THE SURGERY. HE DIDNOT PRESENT HIMSELF AFTER SURGURY, NO BEDSIDE MANNER OR PRESENCE. I SAW HIM POST SURGERY DURING THE PT...only to be informed that my progress was slow due to my own lack of effort which was false. When there was further no progress, he suggested that an adjustment and medication be used. After all this, there was still no progress after 90 days, i sought another opinion and had the surgery redone by another orthopedic surgeon who informed me that the patilla was mis placed and i had screws in my thigh, none of which was known to me. The second surgeon successfully doneplacing everything. In a mather of days i felt a tremendous difference. Save yourself ...seek another surgeon!

Excellent -I fractured 3 of the metatarsals in my right foot and the care I have been receiving from Dr. Greene and all of his staff is top notch. Obviously professionals, but beyond that, everyone I have encountered from the minute I walked has been kind, courteous, empathetic and very patient with me. Phone calls are promptly returned. I had seen Dr Greene twice about osteoarthritis I sought him out due to a severe fall I had taken and landed on my very arthritic knee. I had basically seen him because my previous ortho was pushing me toward knee surgery. This is what I got out of my two appointments. Unless you are under a 40 BMI he basically shuts down and will brush you off.

Dr. Greene surgically repaired my broken femur. It healed rapidly and completely, to my amazement at my advanced age. Dr. Greene impressed me, though I wasn't completely happy about it at the time, by insisting on stopping pain meds before I was ready. I did have discomfort that interfered with sleeping for a few months. In this day of over-prescription of opiod drugs, I understand and approve of Dr. Greene's conservative approach to writing prescriptions. I am pain free now. :-)

I was in a major car accident and broke both legs - Dr. Greene's skill and care gave me my life back. He was caring and compassionate throughout my entire ordeal

I went to Dr. Greene because he is known as the knee guy in our area. He was the third orthopedic dr. I've seen over the past couple of years due to moderate-severe osteoarthritis. I was hoping for more advice more than total knee replacement. I can walk (several miles) despite bone on bone. I have little pain but very stiff joints. He questioned why I'd seen the other doctors- why I was continuing to get help- and told me to come back and see him when I couldn't walk. I was fuming inside !

Dr. Greene had no clue how to diagnose my condition, twice over the span of a year. He had no idea how to relate to people or do any background reading/study before the appointment, either. I witnessed him show an utter failure in critical thinking, people skills, and basic scientific curiosity, which left me with a $300+ bill each of the two visits within a year. I'm irate and disappointed in the disparity between his self-confidence (HIGH) and his basic people & diagnostic skills (LOW). Shame on this guy and his ego.

I have had three surgeries on my knee and each time I am happy with the results. Dr. Greene is carrying and compassionate. He always listens and answers any and all questions. Great person and doctor overall! Five of my other family members have had great success with him as well.I would highly recommend him!
