After 35+ years of back pain DR. Colin Harris did robotic surgery on my lower back. I'm 78 years old and now total pain free. Dr. Harris gave me my life back. Dr. Harris is one of the nicest and informative Dr. I ever dealt with.

Five-stars doesn’t come close to how I feel about Dr. Colin Harris. After weighing multiple surgeons in the NYC area, I decided upon Dr.Harris to surgically correct a progressive and painful deformity (Hyperkhyphosis | Scheuermann’s disease) in my spine. Surgery is something that I have known for years would be the inevitable and only option to fully stop the progression of the disease. At the time of meeting Dr. Harris, the painful, rigid hump in my back had progressed to ~90+ degrees (from ~80 ten years earlier) with now vertebrae compression fractures.After numerous pre-surgery conversations (which Dr. Harris answered all of my many questions and concerns), Dr. Harris, along with Dr. Rajnik Raab -- as my spinal neurosurgeon -- performed a thirteen-level spinal fusion (T2-L2) on my spine. One of the many reasons that I like CNSO is that their surgical teams often include both disciplines: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon AND a Spinal Neurosurgeon.Dr. Harris is also very down-to-earth, nice, and relaxed. He put me at ease without undercutting the seriousness of my surgery, and I never once feIt rushed or burdensome at my many pre-surgery appointments with him.I am still early in my recovery but for the first time in over a decade I have NO back pain and the ugly, rigid spinal hump is gone! The result is just amazing!! I feel like my life has been given back to me. I look forward to post-COVID so that I can finally enjoying pain-free shopping with my girls and commuting to/from my job without a gnawing, aching back. Spinal surgery is a scary and serious and I highly recommend Dr. Harris for anyone with spinal issues, especially if you are facing complicated surgery.

Dr. Harris is amazing! He has successfully performed two spinal fusions for me. He is very professional and makes you feel so comfortable about your treatment. He explains everything so that you are very informed of the complete process. Highly recommend.

I met with Dr. Harris to discuss my on going lower back problem. He went over the options with me and made sure I knew there where other options besides surgery. As my condition worsened it was clear that surgery was the best option for my case. He went over the procedure with my wife and I in detail. Then I just had to wait for Insurance approval to proceed. On the day of surgery everything went smoothly. I do not remember talking in the post surgery recovery room, but my wife says he was very informative on everything I should be doing over the next few days. He personally called me a couple of days after surgery to follow up with how I was doing. His bed side manner was very calm and confident through the entire process and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Harris to anyone in need of a spine specialist/surgeon.

He is an incredible doctor. I was so relaxed in his office when he was explaining my difficult surgery. Every time I go there he is just awesome.

Excellent including all the staff. Dr Harris is very informative and takes the time you need to understand your issue. He has helped me tremendously and now my pain levels are such an improvement and I can get back to being active.

Dr. Harris is a cut above the rest. Superior in his approach, he is a sincere, professional practitioner of a very sensitive protocol. And, yet, I come away from my appointments feeling confident that he did not short change or rush through the process.
