The best! The doctors and staff are amazing. Very professional and caring.

She’s just going to scope you and give you PPI’s. No further investigation. A symptom treater. She’s like half the GI doctors out there. They know nothing about dietary, but decide not to refer their patient to a dietitian. If your looking to be scoped she’s great. If your looking for her to help you further than that good luck . Good luck with any GI in fact.

Dr. Barritta was very helpful and professional during this difficult Covid period. Her office immediately setup a zoom call and Dr. Barritta spent a great deal of time diagnosing and providing a treatment plan. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gastro because she goes way beyond to provide the best care possible!

From my experience Dr. Barritta is a kind, patient, and thorough doctor who has helped me for years battle a medical condition I have unfortunately faced. She is someone you can talk to with confidence and the knowing she understands what you are going through. To be honest I don't know where I would be with out her.

Dr.Barrita is a great gastro! I came to her with a bad stomach virus, she noticed I was severely dehydrated and gave me IV’s. She went above and beyond to ensure I got myself back in tip top shape. I would highly recommend this office to any of my coworkers or friends that have similar problems. Her office makes it feel like I’m family and I feel like my concerns are always understood and taken care of. If you need a great gastroenterologist consider Dr.Barrita.

Everyone is super friendly and accommodating at the office. Dr. Barritta was able to help me turn my condition around and make me feel normal again. Would recommend!

My boyfriend went to her as a patient in her office in Hoboken. We were on time, but waited for over an hour to be seen. He went in for 5 minutes, and based on ONE symptom, this doctor rushed him out with an Rx for a colonoscopy. He is only 25, with no family history of colon cancer (it is not normal for his age or history, we received a second medical opinion). She didn't ask him follow up questions for his other symptoms, or look at what he was complaining about, she simply rushed him out of her office after 5 minutes with a prescription for a highly invasive surgery based on barely any information. If she had asked follow up questions and physically examined him, he would have felt safer moving forward with surgery. He called his insurance and they said they don't cover colonoscopies for people that young, but when I called the office they claimed it was covered. He did not get the surgery because we could not trust this doctor. Communication was poor from the receptionist to the doctor. The receptionist told my boyfriend she would give his copay change at the end of the visit (?) and then forgot/didn't to give it to him. As we walked out, he realized he didn't get his money back, and she stated she didn't have cash; we waited for her to find some, and she did. It was just so bizarre, cold, and unprofessional. It couldn't have been a worse experience. This doctor did not care to ask him any questions just because she was in a rush. He is switching doctors.

Definitely would recommend this doctor to anyone!! Dr. Barritta is great!!!!
