Dr. Samaniego has been my doctor for a long time. He is a caring and understandable doctor. His staff turns to get you in and fas.The only negative thing that office in Newark has TRRIBLE PHONE SYSTEM. .please get together. Your businesses could be much better.

Muy mal servicio, los que atienden personalmente el señor, llamas por unos resultado y te contestan mal. Ojalá los doctores hagan algunos cambios con su grupo de trabajo, no hago mas Cita con ellos..

I'm writing this not just as a patient but also as someone who works in healthcare: find another provider. Both Dr. Samaniego & Paredes are not the worst but there is better out there. The issue is more about the competency of staff and the structure of the office. Wait times are 40 minutes - 1 hour, it's nearly impossible for anyone to answer the phone or respond via text, and when you discuss potential errors on their part, they're quick to dismiss anything as their fault, heaven forbid. Also very quick to collect payment but can’t even fulfill the reasons for the visit, because that's where the priority lies $$$, not the patient and their needs. They wasted 2 weeks of my time, do yourself a favor and don’t let them waste a minute of yours.

Es doctor me cobro 150 la consulta antes de revisar .....me cobro 150 por la vacuna del tetano y despues de 2 minutos que estuvo conmigo me mando al Hospital me cobro 300 dolares en 2minutos

I just want to comment on an specific person , Miriam Paredes, PA. I love her and her manners. Very courteous and knowledgeable. She goes the extra mile to explain you about any concern you may have, and give solutions, or at least the best treatment she can give you. She takes her time to hear your symptoms and has been very accurate in everything she has tell me. She takes the exact amount of time you would love in a doctor consultation, so she doesn't waste your time or hers. I recommend her without a doubt if you want care of excellence.

Lady doctor is terrible. Cut me off while telling her my issues and made me feel as if they weren’t important and as if I didn’t belong there. She also told my mom and I she didn’t have time to waste when we asked for a literal second as we were trying to find our pharmacy’s zip code for her. Worst treatment I’ve got from a doctor.
