This doctor is one in a million, my daughter had a very rare tumor that no one would help us with. She was willing to try and has one of the best bedside manners I have ever seen. She is truly amazing and I am forever grateful for her. Hands down the best Pediatric ENT around.

I won't doubt to say that Dr. Kalyoussef is absolutly great doctor who cares about patients. My son had his tongue tie surgery here at 1year old. He struggled with eatting and speech for all these years until now. We faught for it ever since by taking him to feeding therapy and speech therapy. however, until now he is 5 year's old, he is not able to lift up his tongue to touch the upper teeth, although he learnt how to tilt it towards the sides after years of practise at feeding therapy. I just wonder in this case is it possible that he might have some physical issue with his tongue, considering he is not able to recover the normal chewing function after the surgury. If there is any suggestions please please leave me a message. I really love to try anything that would help. Thank you so much!

Dr. Kalyoussef isn’t a doctor that sees you for ten minutes and sends you on your way. She is a one of a kind doctor that actually listens to your concerns and your worries. She is very determined and confident in all her treatment plans. She has helped my mom not only by confirming the type of cancer she is battling but offering hope and support. She guaranteed my mom that she will be there every step of the way. This made my mom feel so much better despite being given a diagnosis of palatine tonsillar cancer. That very day, my mom received bloodwork and a CAT scan. Along with a game plan on how to tackle this diagnosis with success. Dr. Kalyoussef is an amazing person who has a heart and empathy, two things not many doctors possess. My family and I will be forever grateful for Dr. Kalyoussef and her side kick Ms. Mercedes Casseras.

Didnt take the time to look at my tonsil my throat is sore and i spitting up tonsils stones those tonsils have to go because dont fight off infection they give you bad breath

My fiancee was having troubling with his trache after his surgery to scrape his keloids and was scared because he couldn't breathe. He calls and left message...after an hour of wait that felt like horror for him because of pain and hard to breath...when he received her reply.. We were almost went to ER if she hadn't called to reply. So she told him assured him that its normal to feel and she will see him on tbe first thing on a Monday..That her office will contact my fiancee ... (this was all happening on Saturday.. Surgery was a week later). Come Monday..My fiance called cause he couldn't wait for their call..So desperate to see the Dr. And her office told him that she will not be available that day because of an emergency operation... Imagine that he's been in pain since Saturday..but mo one had the courtesy to give him a call or even look at him. I just can't believe this unproffesionalism on her part and her office. Emergency...maybe my fiancee will be better off in the ER today..maybe he will get the after care he needed...

Dr Kalyoussef is one of the best ENT doctors. She really cares and listens to her patient. Top doctor by far

She was the worst doctor and the experience was awful. She doesn't return your calls or follow up. Her office is always 2 hour wait with appointments.
